Evaluation Of Qutanhuoxue Granule On Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Clinical Curative Effect

Objective: Through the observation of Qutan Huoxue Granule in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)changes of body mass index,liver function,blood lipids,symptoms,abdominal B ultrasound before and after treatment,in order to assess the effect of Qutan Huoxue Granule treatment of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.Methods: 66 patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome NASH were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group taking Qutan Huoxue Granule,in the control group were treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule;after 3 months of treatment,two groups were compared to the changes of body mass index,symptoms,liver function(ALT?AST?GGT),blood lipids(TG?TC?HDL-C)and abdominal B ultrasound before and after treatment.Results: No difference between the two groups of patients with baseline data,so them were comparable.The safety index showed no abnormality(P>0.05).2 sets of observed indicators,body mass index,TCM symptoms integral,liver function,blood lipids after and before treatment are difference(P<0.05).Meanwhile statistically significant has better therapeutic effect;between the two groups after the treatment is compared to no difference(P >0.05).The differences between the two groups of abdominal B ultrasound were not significant(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups aftertreatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Qutan Huoxue Granule in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis NASH can reduce body mass index,improve the clinical symptoms,recovery of liver function and blood lipid indexes,especially the symptoms(chest pain,flank distension,abdominal distension,etc.)significantly improved.(2)The Qutan Huoxue Granule in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis NASH overall efficacy than the Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules group.(3)The Qutan Huoxue Granule in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type NASH on abdominal B ultrasound imaging changes have little effect.(4)Qutan Huoxue Granule syndrome using traditional Chinese medicine preparation,reasonable compatibility,not only have a significant effect,and convenient oral administration,safe and reliable,no obvious toxic side effects happen and patients are Very satisfied.
