Clinical Study Of Yangxue Jianpi Decoction In Preventing And Treating Myelosuppression Caused By Paclitaxel Combined With Cisplatin Chemotherapy

Objective:To observe the effects of Yangxue Jianpi Decoction on peripheral blood,myelosuppression and index,quality of life score(KPS score)and TCM symptom scores of tumor patients before and after Paclitaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy,in order to judge its effect on chemotherapy drugs Inhibit the efficacy and safety of prevention and treatment.Methods:Observed inpatients and outpatients from Yangzhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(October 2016-January-2019),including 50 cases of eligible research cases,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the ratio of 1:1.Conventional TP regimen,the observation group in the TP regimen of conventional chemotherapy,from the first day to the Chinese medicine Jianpi Yangxue decoction orally,2 times a day,continuous treatment of two chemotherapy cycles to evaluate its efficacy and safety.The incidence of myelosuppression,peripheral blood,remedial use of G-CSF,KPS score and TCM symptom score were observed in the two groups before and during the 2-cycle chemotherapy(6 weeks).Results:A total of 44 cases were completed,including 21 cases in the control group and 23 cases in the observation group.The general data of the two groups of patients were analyzed by chi-square test,P>0.05,no statistical significance,comparable.1.Peripheral blood changes:On the 7th day after the first cycle of chemotherapy,the peripheral blood leukocyte and neutrophil counts of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the 11th day after the first cycle of chemotherapy,the peripheral blood leukocyte and neutrophil counts of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the 7th day after the second cycle of chemotherapy,The peripheral blood leukocytes,neutrophils and platelet counts in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the 11th day after the second cycle of chemotherapy,The peripheral blood leukocytes,neutrophils and platelet counts in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)2.Myelosuppression and its index occurred:the incidence of myelosuppression was 73.91%in the observation group and 90.48%in the control group.The incidence of severe myelosuppression was 13.04%in the observation group and 33.33%in the control group.There was a significant difference in myelosuppression index between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Comparison of quality of life scores:The Karnorfsky score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of TCM symptom scores:After treatment,the scores of four TCM symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05):the nausea after treatment The score of vomiting was significantly higher than that of the previous one,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangxue Jianpi Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of myelosuppression in patients with malignant tumor after chemotherapy,reduce the blood toxicity of TP regimen,improve the quality of life of patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy,reduce the pain of patients,and improve the patient’s The tolerance of the TP chemotherapy regimen helps patients complete the established chemotherapy regimen.In the course of this study,no significant side effects have been found in nourishing spleen and spleen decoction.Therefore,it is safe and effective to use the Yangxue Jianpi Decoction to prevent and treat the adverse reactions of myelosuppression caused by chemotherapy of Paclitaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy.
