Correlation Analysis Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy For Malignant Ascites And Clinical Experience Of Typical Cases

Purpose:1.Evaluate the effectiveness of united traditional Chinese medicine intraperitoneal chemotherapy for malignant seroperitoneum.2.Evaluate the safety performance of united traditional Chinese medicine intraperitoneal chemotherapy for malignant seroperitoneum.3.Summarize the regular pharmaceuticals of traditional Chinese medicine for malignant seroperitoneum.4.Further discuss the therapeutic effect of united traditional Chinese medicine intraperitoneal chemotherapy for malignant seroperitoneum through analysis of representative clinical cases.Materials and methods:Search the bibliographic databases.The author searches the resources in CNKI,VIPand Wan Fang between January 2007 and December 2016,and gets 378 sheets of literatures after the repetition rate assessment of Note Express 3.2.And 21 sheets of literatures are read thoroughly and 357 sheets of reviews,individual experience,and clinical cases and so on are left out after a view of all titles and articles.At last,13 sheets of literatures and 681 cases of patients are quantitatively analyzed.Thefinalchosen literaturesfor research are assessed through Cochrane for analysis of risk of bias and analyzed data are collected and analyzed with the help of Review Manager 5.3 for the purpose of evaluating the effectiveness and therapeutic safety of united Chinese medicine intraperitoneal chemotherapy for malignant seroperitoneum and summarizing the regular pharmaceuticals of traditional Chinese medicine for malignant seroperitoneum.The research discusses and analyzes the representative clinical cases through clinical observation and dialectic classification of patients who suffers from malignant seroperitoneum.Results:1.3 sheets [7][10][17] of literatures among all the 13 selected literatures mention methods of random allocation have low risk of bias and another literature[5] indicates random allocation according to visiting sequence exist higher risk of bias.All the literatures have not discussed how to hide random allocation sequence.In terms of blind evaluation for researcher and testers,one literature[7]mentions methods of evaluation for the blind has low risk of bias.All the literatures have not talked about outcome study of blind evaluation for results of research.In terms of the completeness of data,two literatures[5][10]mention expulsion cases and high risk of bias.Referring to selective reporting,three literatures[6][8][11]express incomplete assessment report of index of physical status of the outcome and cannot be analyzed through Meta.They exist high risk of bias.Except these three literatures,others are of low risks of bias.The domestic literatures are of high quality.2.Assessment of theclinical effectiveness of united traditional Chinese medicine intraperitoneal chemotherapy for malignant seroperitoneum.2.1 In terms of curative effect and effectiveness,united traditional Chinese medicine intraperitoneal chemotherapy is superior to intraperitoneal chemotherapy group(Z=4.76.P<0.00001).It reveals better homogeneity(P=0.43 I2=2%)and sensibility in terms of its collected literatures.And the analysis results of Meta are stable.A funnel plot analysis of related resources through Rev Man5.3,it is found that publication bias of related resources is well controlled.2.2 On the effectiveness of physical improvement,united traditional Chinese medicine intraperitoneal chemotherapy is superior to intraperitoneal chemotherapy group(Z=6.08.P<0.00001).It reveals better homogeneity(P=0.64 I2=0%)and sensibility in terms of its collected resources.And the analysis results of Meta are stable.A funnel plot analysis of related resources through Rev Man5.3,it is found that publication bias of resources is well controlled.3.Assessment of safety performance of united traditional Chinese medicine intraperitoneal chemotherapy for malignant seroperitoneum.3.1 In terms of the occurrence rate of gastrointestinal adverse reaction,united traditional Chinese medicine intraperitoneal chemotherapy is superior to intraperitoneal chemotherapy group(Z=5.50,P<0.00001).It reveals better homogeneity(P=0.86 I2=0%)and sensibility in terms of collected data.And the analysis results of Meta are stable.A funnel plot analysis of related resources through Rev Man5.3,a certain of publication bias of resources is found to some extent.3.2 In terms of the occurrence rateofkidney impairment,united traditional Chinese medicine intraperitoneal chemotherapy is superior to intraperitoneal chemotherapy group(Z=4.42,P<0.00001)It reveals better homogeneity(P=0.42 I2=0%)and sensibility in terms of its collected literatures.And the analysis results of Meta are stable.4.In terms of the regular pharmaceuticals of traditional Chinese medicine for malignant seroperitoneum,the most commonplace of pharmaceuticals are atractylodes,pericarpium arecae,poria cocos,curcuma zedoary,liquorice,astragalus,rhizome alismatis,grifola,sculellaria barbata,semen coicis,nightshade.Traditional Chinese medicine mainly clear damp and promote diuresis,clear away heat and toxic materials,remove blood stasis and promote the circulation.5.In terms of cure of malignant seroperitoneum,clinical effects of integrated therapy of Chinese and Western Medicine are more prolonged.In terms of the cure of malignant seroperitoneum traditional Chinese medicine adopts syndrome differentiation and treatment which cures according to every different patient andis easily accepted by patients.Traditional Chinese medicine improves patients' clinical symptoms and its living quality through adjusting individual physical environment and improving immune capability.Conclusion:1.In terms of clinical curative effect,united traditional Chinese medicine intraperitoneal chemotherapy is superior to pure intraperitoneal chemotherapy with apparent curative effects to malignant seroperitoneum.2.In terms of safety performance of clinical effects,united traditional Chinese medicine intraperitoneal chemotherapy is superior to pure intraperitoneal chemotherapy with better safety performance,function of toxicity reducing and function of efficacy enhancing.3.In terms of the cure of united traditional Chinese medicine intraperitoneal chemotherapy for malignant seroperitoneum,Traditional Chinese medicine mainly clear damp and promote diuresis,clear away heat and toxic materials,remove blood stasis and promote the circulation.4.United traditional Chinese medicine intraperitoneal chemotherapy for malignant seroperitoneum hold longer clinical effects.Traditional Chinese medicine improves patients' clinical symptoms and increases its living quality.
