Objective:The TCM Inheritance Assist Platform(V2.5)is used to conduct data mining for the prescription information in the clinical literature of TCM treatment of digestive tract reactions after chemotherapy. To explore the prescription rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of digestive tract reaction after clinical chemotherapy,in order to provide basis and reference for clinical prescription selection and digestive tract symptom management after chemotherapy. Methods:The literatures on TCM treatment of overall digestive tract symptoms and single symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, anorexia, hiccup, oral mucositis, constipation and diarrhea after chemotherapy for malignant tumors were searched respectively from the establishment of CNKI,Wanfang and Weipu databases until 2020-12-31.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the literature retrieved was screened, and the information of prescription and drug composition involved in the literature was extracted, and the corresponding prescription database was established.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform, the drug use rules of the whole digestive tract symptom and each single symptom after chemotherapy treated by traditional Chinese medicine were excavated respectively from the frequency of medication, frequency of four qi,five flavors and meridian tropism, association rule analysis, complex system entropy cluster analysis and so on,so as to explore new prescriptions. And the rules of drug use excavated were compared and analyzed.Results:1.A total of 283 literatures involving 300 TCM prescriptions and 171 Chinese medicines were included in the study on the treatment of overall digestive tract symptoms after chemotherapy. The traditional Chinese medicines used in high frequency are Pinellia,Licorice,Poria cocos,Atractylodes and Tangerine Peel. The drugs with warm nature, sweet taste and belonging to the spleen and stomach meridian were used most.According to association rules,84 commonly used drug combinations were obtained. The three groups with the highest frequency of use were "Pinellia,Licorice","Atractylodonis,Poria cocos",and "Licorice,Poria cocos".Entropy clustering of complex system obtained 22 core combinations of new parties, and 11 new parties were summarized2.A total of 295 literatures were included in the study on TCM treatment of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy, including 325 prescriptions and 163 Chinese herbs.High-frequency commonly used drugs were Pinellia, licorice,Poria cocos, ginger and tangerine peel. The most commonly used drugs were warm, sweet, spleen and stomach meridians.According to the analysis of association rules, there were 76 commonly used drug groups,of which "Pinellia, licorice","Pinellia,Poria cocos" and "ginger,Pinellia" were the most commonly used. The complex system entropy clustering obtained 22 new core combinations, and further extracted 11 new combinations.3.14 literatures were included in the study on the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of anorexia after chemotherapy, with 14 prescriptions and 44 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.High frequency commonly used drugs were Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos, licorice, tangerine peel and Amomum villosum. The most commonly used drugs were warm, sweet, spleen and stomach meridians. The most commonly used drug combinations were "Atractylodes.Licorice" and "Atractylodes,Poria Cocos".Based on the system entropy clustering,10 core combinations of new formulas were obtained, and 5 new formulas were evolved.4.A study on the treatment of hiccup after chemotherapy with Chinese herbal medicine 14 literatures were included, including 14 prescriptions and 54 Chinese herbal medicines.Commonly used traditional Chinese medicine included Persimmon stem,Pinellia ternata,Inula flowers,Red ochre,Codonopsis pilosula and licorice. The drugs most commonly used were cold, sweet, stomach and lung meridians.Seventy-two association rules of traditional Chinese medicine were obtained, among which "Inula flowers, substitute ocher" was the most frequently used. There were 2 new core combinations of entropy clustering analysis, and 1 new combination was extracted.5.A total of 57 literatures, including 68 TCM prescriptions and 134 Chinese medicines, were included in the study on the treatment of oral mucositis after chemotherapy.High frequency drugs were licorice,Rhizoma coptidis,Raw radix rehmanniae,Atractylodes and Astragalus. The drugs of warmth, sweetness and spleen meridian were the most frequently used.According to association rules,22 commonly used drug combinations were obtained, and the most frequently used ones were "Rhizoma coptidis, licorice","Rhizoma coptidis,Raw radix rehmanniae" and "Raw radix rehmanniae, licorice".Twelve new core combinations were obtained by entropy clustering, and six new combinations were summarized.6.31 studies on the treatment of constipation after chemotherapy with traditional Chinese medicine were included, including 32 prescriptions and 62 traditional Chinese medicines.Commonly used herbs included Atractylodes macrocephala,Citrus aurantii,Angelica sinensis,Rhubarb,Hemp kernels and Magnolia officinalis.Priority was given to the drug treatment of warmth, bitterness and spleen-stomach meridian.According to the association rules,39 commonly used drug groups were obtained, among which "Rhubarb,Citrus aurantii" and "Atractylodes,Citrus aurantii" were the most commonly used.12 new core combinations were obtained by entropy clustering of complex system, and 6 new combinations were extracted.7.A total of 66 literatures were included in the study on the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diarrhea after chemotherapy, involving 73 prescriptions and 91 traditional Chinese medicines. The high frequency traditional Chinese medicine were liquorice,Atractylodes,Poria cocos,Codonopsis and Paeonia lactiflora. The most commonly used drugs were warm, sweet, spleen and stomach meridians.Sixty drug association rules were obtained, among which "Atractylodes,Poria cocos","Atractylodes,Licorice" and"Licorice,Poria cocos" were the most commonly used.Twelve core combinations of new prescriptions were obtained by entropy clustering, and six new prescriptions were evolved.Conclusion:1.In the treatment of overall symptoms of digestive tract after chemotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine is mainly used to dissolve phlegm and stop vomiting, invigorate spleen and replenish deficiency, regulate qi and dehumidify, and give consideration to dispelling pathogenic factors and strengthening the body. However,it can be seen from the combination of the sexual taste of drugs and the commonly used high-frequency drugs that the treatment pays more attention to righting.Use more sweet-warm and qi-tonifying drugs to invigorate the spleen, stomach and nourish deficiency in the middle.2.There are commonalities in the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of single symptoms of digestive tract after chemotherapy, all of which are based on invigorating the spleen and strengthening the body.It is in line with the characteristics of malignant tumor and gastrointestinal side effects after chemotherapy. After chemotherapy, the whole symptom of digestive tract and each single symptom can be treated with Atractylodes and Licorice. In addition to the use of cold drugs for oral mucositis after chemotherapy, other gastrointestinal symptoms are mainly treated with warm drugs.Bitter drugs are used most frequently in hiccup and constipation after chemotherapy, and sweet drugs are the most common in other symptoms.Hiccup and stomatitis after chemotherapy are mainly treated by traditional Chinese medicine to return to the stomach meridian, and others are mainly to return to the spleen meridian. In terms of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine combinations, different digestive tract symptoms also share the same common drug combinations. Therefore,in clinic, multiple digestive tract symptoms can be intervened at the same time,as the overall management of the symptom group,it has clinical guiding significance3.It is of great value to use the inheritance assistant system of traditional Chinese medicine to excavate the prescription rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of digestive tract reaction after chemotherapy. The excavated rules of drug use and new prescriptions can provide reference for the clinical use of drugs and the research and development of new drugs, and provide ideas and reference for the prevention and management of digestive tract symptoms in cancer patients after chemotherapy. However, the effectiveness and clinical value of the new prescription need to be further verified.
