Clinical Intervention Of Haima Yizhi Powder On Memory Impairment In Patients With Vascular Cognitive Impairment No Dementia

Objective: To evaluate the improvement effect of Haima Yizhi Powder in the treatment of memory impairment in patients with Vascular Cognitive Impairment No Dementia(VCIND).Method: Fifty-four VCIND patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 27 cases respectively.Both groups were given nimodipine tablets as the basic treatment of western medicine,and the observation group was supplemented with Haima Yizhi Powder for 3 months of continuous treatment.The differences of ini-ental State Examination(SE),ontreal Cognitive Assessment(oCA),Huashan Auditory Vocabulary Learning Test(AVLT-H short-term recall,long-termdelay recall),and TC symptom scores between the two groups were compared.Results: Compared with befor treatment,the scores of short-term recall,long-termdelay recall,SE and oCA in the two groups were higher,and the scores of TC syndromes were lower after treatment.The scores of short-term recall,long-termdelay recall,SE and oCA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of TC syndromes were lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: The experimental data show that the clinical effect of Haima Yizhi Powder on memory impairment in VCIND patients can be improved on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment.
