Clinical Observation Of Hippocampus Yizhi Powder In Patients With Different Degrees Of Cognitive Impairment After Stroke

Objective:Evaluation of Hippocampus Yizhi powder with varying levels of Post stroke cognitive impairment the patient’s clinical curative effect, provide a basis for the clinical application of Hippocampus Yizhi powder.Methods: A retrospective analysis of 180 patients with PSCI from 2014 to 2015 in Urumqi Chinese medicine Hospital patients, signed by the patients themselves or their family members informed consent, Determined to make the degree of dementia(0-1points severe, moderate divided into 2, 3 divided into mild) by the clock drawing test(CDT), Divided into mild, moderate, and severe(A, group B, group C), Follow the principles of randomized controlled using random number table Each group was divided into experimental group(A1 group, B1 group, C1 group) and control group(A2 group, B2 group, C2 group), The 2 groups were given conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group on the basis of the Hippocampus Yizhi powder. After 3 months of treatment, two groups were observed Montreal Cognitive Assessment Form(Montreal cognitive assessment, Mo CA) and ADL(Activities of daily living, ADL), Mini-Mental State Examination(Mini-Mental State Examination,MMSE) TCM symptom score value score changes.Results: Between the two groups of patients related to factors such as age, gender,after statistics processing under the premise of comparable, the two groups after treatment of patients with mild-to-moderate MMSE, Mo CA, ADL and TCM syndrome integral improved, compared with before treatment(P<0.05) differences are significant, there was no significant difference before and after the treatment of severe patients, show that the Hippocampus Yizhi powder significantly improve cognitive function in patients with mild-to-moderate PSCI.Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of the Hippocampus Yizhi powder treatment of patients with mild to moderate PSCI precise, can significantly improve cognitive ability in patients with mild to moderate symptoms related to traditional Chinese medicine, and can improve the quality of life of patients, help patients with mild to moderate PSCI the prognosis of the outcome in a positive direction, should be widely applied.
