Clinical Observation Of Bushen Yizhi Decoction In Treating CKD3-4 Stage With Mild Cognitive Impairment

Objective:To observe the effect of Bushen Yizhi Decoction on improving CKD 3-4 stage,TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to patients with kidney function and mild cognitive impairment(MCI)with the syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney and turbidity into the brain.Method: A total of 60 patients with MCI from January 2020 to December2020 who attended the Nephrology Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine were selected,the syndrome differentiation of TCM belongs to the patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney and turbid toxin entering brain syndrome.The patients were given Bushen Yizhi Decoction,basic treatment of Western medicine,and diet management.The test was conducted for a total of 12 weeks to observe the patients’ blood creatinine(Scr),glomerular filtration rate(e GFR),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),cystatin C(Cys-C),hemoglobin(HGB),and TCM syndromes before and after treatment.The changes in the scores of the candidate points,the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(Mo CA)were evaluated for efficacy.Result: Bushen Yizhi Decoction has a good therapeutic effect on patients with CKD 3-4 stage of spleen and kidney deficiency and turbid toxin into the brain syndrome.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome points is 86.2 1%,and the total effective rate of cognitive function is 81.03%.Scr,e GFR,BUN,Cys-C,and HGB all improved significantly after treatment(P<0.01).Compared with before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the scores of MMSE and Mo CA scales increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Bushen Yizhi Decoction can significantly reduce the clinical manifestations of CKD 3-4 patients in traditional Chinese medicine,reduce Scr,BUN,Cys-C,increase e GFR,improve anemia and effectively protect residual kidney function.2.Bushen Yizhi Decoction can significantly improve the cognitive function of patients with CKD 3-4 stage.
