Therapeutic Effect Observation Of Hippocampus Yizhi Powder In Kidney Deficiency Sputum Stasis Type Patients With Vascular Cognitive Dysfunction And Affective Disorder

Objective:By evaluating the clinical efficacy of Hippocampus Yizhi powder in Kidney deficiency sputum stasis type patients with Vascular cognitive dysfunction and affective disorder,it provides a basis for the clinical application of Hippocampus Yizhi powder.Methods:Sixty-two patients with VCI admitted to the Urumqi Chinese Medicine Hospital in 2018 were selected.The patient or his family signed an informed consent form and volunteered for the test.Sixty-two patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group by random envelope.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group was given the powder.After 3 months' treatment,the scores of HAMA14,HAMD17,MoCA,MMSE and TCM syndrome were observed.Results: There was no significant difference in baseline between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of improving depression,there was no significant difference between the treatment groups(P>0.05).In terms of improving anxiety,there was a statistically significant difference between the treatment groups(P<0.01).In terms of improving MMSE cognition,there was a statistically significant difference between the treatment groups(P<0.05).In terms of improving MoCA cognition,there was no significant difference between the treatment groups(P>0.05).In terms of improving TCM syndromes,there was a statistically significant difference between the efficacy groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The research data show that Hippocampus Yizhi powder plus Western medicine basic treatment can significantly improve the symptoms of affective disorder in kidney deficiency sputum stasis type patients,which can stabilize mental state and reduce the burden on caregivers.
