Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Vascular Mild Cognitive Impairment With Electroacupuncture Based On The Theory Of "Bushen Yizhi"

Object: The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of "Bushen Yizhi" electroacupuncture therapy in the treatment of Vascular mild cognitive impairment(VaMCI).Methods: The 68 VaMCI patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the conventional acupuncture group(34 cases)and the electroacupuncture group(34 cases)according to the random number table method.Both groups were given conventional treatment during the treatment period.The conventional acupuncture group was treated with traditional acupuncture,and the electroacupuncture group was treated with "Bushen Yizhi" electroacupuncture.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)scale and Event-related Potential(ERP)P300 test were used to evaluate overall cognitive function,both use the Rivermead Behavioral Memory Test 2nd Edition(RBMT-Ⅱ)and the N-back test(N-back)task accuracy to evaluate daily life memory and working memory,as well as to evaluate curative effects.Result:1.After treatment,compared within the group,the accuracy scores of MoCA scale,RBMT-Ⅱ scale and N-back task of the two groups were improved compared with that before treatment.Compared with before treatment,the ERP P300 test showed that the latency of P300 was shortened and the amplitude was increased,the above are all significantly different(P<0.01);2.After treatment,compared between the groups,the accuracy of the MoCA scale,RBMT-Ⅱ scale and N-back task scores of the electroacupuncture group were significantly different than those of the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.01),and the ERP of the electroacupuncture group compared with the conventional acupuncture group,the incubation period and amplitude of P300 detection were significantly different(P<0.05);3.The total effective rates of the electroacupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group were 88.24% and 70.59%,respectively,and the difference in curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1."Bushen Yizhi" electroacupuncture therapy can improve the overall cognitive function of VaMCI patients.2."Bushen Yizhi" electroacupuncture therapy can improve the daily life and working memory of VaMCI patients.3."Bushen Yizhi" electroacupuncture therapy is effective in treating VaMCI,and the curative effect is better than traditional acupuncture.
