Objective:1.Systematically summarize and sort out the contents related to emotional diseases in the Arcane Essentials from the Imperial Library.2.To summarize the rules of syndrome treatment of emotional diseases in Arcane Essentials from the Imperial Library.3.To explore the characteristics of emotional disease treatment in Arcane Essentials from the Imperial Library.Method:1.Literature research method : By people's medical publishing house published in September 1955(tang)Wang Dao Arcane Essentials from the Imperial Library and Gao Wen Zhu's notes on Arcane Essentials from the Imperial Library published by academe press in January 2011 and the secrets collation and the modern theory of traditional Chinese medicine books such as Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor and Jing Yue's Complete Works and Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases and so on,and refer to the journal of modern literature as the research object.2.Statistical analysis: To determine the inclusion criteria of emotional diseases in the Arcane Essentials from the Imperial Library.The classification and statistics of emotional diseases,pathogenesis factors,disease loci and pathogenicity,commonly used prescriptions and commonly used drugs in the book were made with Microsoft Office Excel 2010,and the statistical results were analyzed with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Result:1.There are a total of 30 kinds of emotional illnesses in the book " Arcane Essentials from the Imperial Library",including epilepsy,deafness,forgetfulness,stagnation,madness,lily disease,phlegm,convulsions,which are caused by emotional symptoms.A variety of diseases,including body symptoms mainly hernia,constipation,porpoise,phlegm,stomach pain,accumulation,vomiting,abdominal pain,hypochondriac pain,convulsions,headache,dizziness,diarrhea,amenorrhea,sputum closure,internal injuries 22 kinds of diseases such as internal injuries,cough,bloating,impotence,vomiting blood,dysmenorrhea and nasal discharge.2.The main pathogenesis of emotional illness is qi stagnation,turbidity,real heat,qi deficiency,internal wind,etc.The pathogenesis of emotional illness is mainly caused by pathological products such as air-condition disorder and bonfire.3.Emotional disease is mainly in the five internal organs,with more heart,liver,spleen and stomach.4.Emotional diseases are mainly characterized by the absence of obvious cold and heat bias,cold and heat,and heat.Emotional diseases are mostly characterized by heat syndromes,and virtual and solid syndromes are mainly characterized by solid syndromes.5.Commonly used prescriptions for the treatment of emotional diseases include iron scatter,zhen xin pill,sour jujube soup,seven gas Pills,fu shen soup,poria cocos soup,wen dan decoction and bamboo juice soup,etc.In addition to the effect of calming the heart and mind,the prescriptions for the treatment of emotional diseases also have the effect of promoting qi to open depression,invigorating the spleen and removing phlegm,clearing away heat and vexation,invigorating qi and replenishing blood,nourishing yin and so on.6.Common drugs used to treat emotional diseases include ginseng,liquorice,poria cocos,dragon tooth,iron essence,wild jujube,shaved cinnamon bark,angelica sinensis,the rhizome of chuanxiong and hurricane lamp.Conclusion:1.The treatment of emotional diseases is guided by the theories of traditional Chinese medicine and ethics,and the influence of emotional factors on diseases is emphasized.2.Emotional disease treatment is based on syndrome differentiation of viscera and syndrome differentiation of qi and blood.The main pathogenesis of syndrome differentiation of qi and blood is qi stagnation,turbidity,heat,qi deficiency and internal wind.The syndrome differentiation of viscera is related to heart,liver,spleen and stomach.3.The treatment of emotional disease mainly includes drug therapy,acupuncture therapy and psychotherapy.4.In the prevention and treatment of emotional diseases,attention should be paid to emotional recuperation and emotional factors of abnormal death.
