Study On The Academic Thought And Drug Use Characteristics About The Treatment Of Menstrual Disease In The Golden Mirror Of Medicine:A Heart Approach To Gynecology Essentials In Verse

Objective:This study regards menstrual regulation,amenorrhoea and metrorrhagia in The Golden Mirror of Medicine:A Heart Approach to Gynecology Essentials in verse(hereinafter referred to as A Heart Approach to Gynecology Essentials in verse)as the research object.Firstly by reading up the original text and consulting a large number of related documents to sort out the diagnosis and treatment of menstrual diseases,then on the basis of previous studies and by making a thorough analysis and systematic summary for the academic thoughts for menstrual diseases diagnosis and treatment to systematically sort out,analyze and summarize the prescriptions and medications for the treatment of menstrual diseases used in A Heart Approach to Gynecology Essentials in verse,Finally to generalize the prescription characteristics for menstrual diseases.It also introduces Professor He Benhong clinical application case,hoping that can be a reference for the theoretical research and clinical treatment of menstrual diseases in the future.Methods: In the aspect of academic thought research:by carefully reading of the original works,adopting the methods of comprehensive collection of original materials,document tracing,classification and arrangement,vertical and horizontal connection,document comparison and other literature research methods to deeply analyze and discuss 45 original text pieces and annotations about menstrual regulation,amenorrhoea and metrorrhagia in A Heart Approach to Gynecology Essentials in verse.In the aspect of characteristics about prescription and medication:based on the writing sequence,the "efficacy","main treatment" and "monarch medicine" of 53 prescriptions about menstrual diseases in A Heart Approach to Gynecology Essentials in verse are sorted out.In addition,the "four properties","five tastes","meridian tropism" and "average dosage" of the 75 drugs involved are integrated to establish the " Information Database of Prescription and Drug for the Emmeniopathy Treatment in A Heart Approach to Gynecology Essentials in verse".Then the data statistical software(Foxtable 2018 and SPSS 22.0)is used to process the relevant data and "efficacy","main treatment" and "monarch medicine" among 53 prescriptions: For “efficacy”,in a descending order,28 prescriptions for "enriching blood ",19 prescriptions for "invigorating qi".For "main treatment",in a descending order,20 prescriptions for the "syndrome of blood deficiency",18 prescriptions for the "syndrome of qi deficiency ",8 prescriptions for the "syndrome of qi and blood deficiency ".There are 10 prescriptions taking "Angelica" and "Ginseng" as monarch medicine,9 prescriptions taking "Prepared Rehmannia" as monarch medicine,5 prescriptions taking "Astragalus" as monarch medicine,and 4 prescriptions taking "Peony" as monarch medicine.(2)Statistical results of the frequency of 75 kinds of drugs and the average dose of single drugs use: firstly for the frequency,in a descending order,Lliquorice is the highest,for 26 times,Angelica for 23 times,Peony for 18 times.According to the average dosage of single herbs,the top 10 are following: "paeony" 13 g,"Angelica sinensis" 12 g,"Ligusticum Wallichii " 11 g,"Astragalus" 11 g,"Scutellaria" 11 g,"Prepared Rehmannia" 10 g,and the same as "Cinnamon","Peony Cortex" 9g,"Chinese Yam" 9g," Cortex Lycii Radicis" 7g.(3)Statistical results of "Four properties","five tates" and "meridian tropism" of 75 medicinal flavors: 35 kinds of warm medicines accounted for 47%.There are 30 sweet medicines.From the meridian tropism point of view,in general the main is the five viscera organs meridian tropism,among which the spleen meridian tropism is the most with 41 medicines,followed by the liver meridian tropism with 35 medicines.(4)Cluster analysis results: by the cluster analysis of 53 prescriptions in A Heart Approach to Gynecology Essentials in verse,it is found that more than 50% of the prescriptions are based on Sijunzi Decoction and Siwu Decoction.And by cluster agglutination method for the frequency top 30 medicines.And also 13 pairs of commonly used drug regimen are summarized from it:Angelica sinensis,Paeony Paeonia lactiflora;Ginseng,Prepared rhizome of rehmannia;paeony Paeoni-a lactiflora,Liquorice;Prepared rhizome of rehmannia,Angelica sinensis;Prepared rhizome of rehmannia,Paeony Paeonia lactiflora;Astragalus,Atractylodis macrocep-halae;Poria cocos,Atractylodis macrocephalae;Pinellia ternata,Radix bupleuri;Oran-ge peel,Pinellia ternata;Ligusticum sinense,the root of fangfeng;Evodia rutaecarp-a,Rhizoma zingiberis;Scutellaria,Dried rehamnnia root;Donkey hide gelatin,Cinnamon twig.(5)Prescription dosage forms and results of decoction: 45 prescriptions belong to decoction,3 pills and 5 powders.There are 16 prescriptions with ginger and jujube as drug leads,and 5 prescriptions with ginger as drug leads.The time of taking medicine is divided into pre-eating,hollow-taking and early-taking,with pre-eating taking being the most common.The temperature of decoction is divided into warm-taken decoction,slightly hot and hot,with warm-taken decoction being the most common.Special service methods include rice drinking,early meal pressing and warm wine serving.Conclusion:(1)The academic thought of menstrual diseases diagnosis and treatment in A Heart Approach to Gynecology Essentials in verse can be summarized as following: Its academic purpose is to follow classical theories and learn widely from others;To classify the causes into three categories,emphasizing treatment according to syndrome;Qi and blood are the key link,paying attention to regulating liver and spleen;those(Taoist aunts,nuns,virgins,widows)should be distinguished from
