Based On The Research Of TCM Syndromes, The Essence Of Professor Lu Bingjiu's Treatment Of Alcoholic Liver Disease

Purpose:To analyze the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome types of alcoholic liver disease and to explore the essence of Professor Lu Bingjiu's diagnosis and treatment of alcoholic liver disease,and to broaden the thinking of clinical research for this disease.Method:This study collected the clinical basic data of 110 patients with ALD who were treated in our outpatient department,determined the main symptoms,tongue and signs of the patients,and used the syndrome integral system to use the syndrome differentiation method to identify the common ALD and disease syndrome.The identification of the name was confirmed,and the syndrome was finally clarified.Through the statistical analysis of the distribution characteristics of ALD syndromes,the analysis of ALD essentials was explored by Professor Lu Bingjiu.Results:1.General situation: Among the 110 cases of ALD,the largest proportion is AC,and the total number of males is more than female;the number of people in the 51-60 age group is the most distributed;the drinking time of patients is mainly concentrated in 21-30 years;the average daily drinking of patients The amount of 101-200 g was the most;the GGT of AFL and AH patients increased greatly,compared with AC patients,there was a significant difference(P<0.05);the TBIL level of AC patients increased the most,compared with AFL and AH patients,significant Sexual differences(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in AST,ALT,and ALP between the three groups.2.ALD Chinese medicine syndrome study: the primary location of ALD is liver,followed by spleen,gallbladder,stomach,kidney,etc.;ALD disease is most common with wet,qi stagnation and qi deficiency,and the rest are heat,blood stasis,phlegm and yang.Virtual,water stop,yin and so on.There was a significant correlation between the disease,the disease and the amount of alcohol consumption;there were significant correlations between the different stages of ALD and the disease and disease.AST is positively correlated with gallbladder and stomach;GGT is positively correlated with liver and stomach;TBIL is positively correlated with gallbladder and stomach,and it is significantly associated with bile.ALP was positively correlated with thermosis,and was significantly correlated;ALT was positively correlated with qi stagnation;TBIL was positively correlated with wet and hot,and both were significantly correlated;TBIL was negatively correlated with blood stasis and qi deficiency.3.ALD TCM syndrome research: ALD TCM syndrome type is most common in liver and gallbladder dampness syndrome,liver spleen dampness syndrome,spleen dampness and dampness syndrome,and yin deficiency water stop syndrome is the rarest.The type of syndrome is extremely significantly related to the daily average alcohol consumption.There was significant difference in GGT between spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome and liver and gallbladder dampness syndrome and liver stagnation and spleen dampness syndrome;ALP difference between liver and gallbladder dampness syndrome and liver-stomach disharmony syndrome and liver-stagnation and spleen dampness syndrome was significant;TBIL was significantly different among different syndrome types.Two pairs of controls,liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome TBIL is different than the other syndromes.Conclusion:1.The main AIDS population is male,and there are differences in biochemical indicators at different stages of the disease.2.The primary pathogenesis of ALD is liver,spleen,dampness,qi stagnation,and qi deficiency are important pathogenic factors of ALD.The evolution of pathogenesis reflects the characteristics of this disease as false and real.The primary cause of ALD is wet,qi stagnation and qi deficiency are the decisive factors for ALD.3.The elements of ALD's characteristics of Chinese medicine include age,drinking history,and alcohol consumption.4.There is a certain correlation between ALD TCM and physical and chemical indicators: it is concluded that the increase of ALP level is related to the thermal formation of ALD;the increase of ALT level is related to the formation of ALD stagnation;the increase of TBIL level is related to the formation of ALD wet and heat,TBIL Can be used as a reference for blood stasis and qi deficiency.5.There is a statistically significant difference between ALD syndrome type and physical and chemical indicators: GGT difference between spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome and liver and gallbladder dampness heat and liver stagnation and spleen dampness syndrome;liver and gallbladder dampness syndrome and liver and stomach disharmony and liver stagnation and spleen syndrome There was a significant difference in ALP between the two groups;there was a significant difference in TBIL between the syndromes.The TBIL of the liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome was significantly different from the other syndromes.
