Children With Anaphylactoid Purpura Modern Library's Construction And Application

Objective: Through the modern literature research, we can establish a " The modern literature database of Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) in children " to look into the evidence of HSP type, treatment, herbs and so on in children, ultimately to establish a scientific, rational, and practical normative system and methodology to provide a basis for reference.Methods: Over the past 10 years, 2000-2009, relating to modern literature of HSP in children, we can access to the comprehensive information of HSP in children, using Access 2003 database, to establish of the modern literature database of HSP in children, then we input the library literatures, and statistical analysis the literatures which manage in the right study inclusion criteria but not the exclusion criteria for.Results:1. The result of this research is that there are 1513 papers go with our research requirements in which there are 901 western medicine papers, 301 combination of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and western medicine papers,311 TCM papers,1152 clinical papers, and 358 investigative papers.2. Etiology and experimental studies from the direction of literature such as statistics, there are 215 etiology papers, experimental papers has 142, other 1156.3. All literature, TCM syndrome type: there are 245 dampness and heat stasis , there are 188 blood-heat bleeding , Qi dysfunction in blood control there is 167, wind-heat injury channels has 165, with 119 fire excess from Yin deficiency.4. All libraries ,frequency of Chinese herbal medicine appears top 20 are: Radix Rehmanniae, Cortex Moutan, Lithospermum, licorice, red peony, red sage root, madder, Rhizoma Imperatae, honeysuckle, forsythia, angelica, Astragalus root , free oneself , buffalo horn, parsnips, Agrimony, Scutellaria baicalensis, Yerbadetajo Herb, Atractylodes, Poria cocos. Conclusion:1. This database has a thematic, availability, adaptability, scalability and other features and fills the gaps in the thematic database.2. At present literatures of HSP in children modern, they emphasize in clinical-based literature but the research focuses on Western medicine.3. Dumpness, heat, blood stasis is a key pathogenic factors leading to disease.4. The common removing pathogenic heat from blood herbs are Rehmanniae, Cortex Moutan, Lithospermum, etc.
