Objective Through the retrospective analysis of the diagnosis essentialsabout ANDI breast cysts, Deepening and perfecting the classification criteriafor the diagnosis of breast benign disease, Made clear the key points ofdifferential diagnosis, treatment principle, the potential risk of diseaseprognosis about ANDI breast cyst and other types of cysts; Deepening of breastbenign disease outcome for malignant tumor of the clinical research.Method The study were summarized2435inpatients who were took surgeryand pathology diagnosis and were diagnosed with breast cysts, whichinclude a number of5262cases of breast cysts, and conducted a retrospectiveclinical study. Respecting the specificity of the disease, rare morbility rate inmale, all patients in the group are female. Classified records according to eachpatient’s age, lesion side, lesion location. Admission to the high frequencyultrasonography in patients with bilateral breast (including axillary tail),posterior branch of MRI examination for admission, pathology and the resultsrecorded in the case history. Retained by the Institute. Data entry by Epidata3.1statistical software, SPSS13.0statistical software for data analyzed. Results of Breast Cysts Belong to ANDI1.Age characteristics: all breastcyst patients in this study, the onset age:20patients under the age of28(1.15%),42cysts (0.80%);31people (1.27%) between age20-25,88cysts(1.67%);55people (2.26%) between age25-30,255cysts (4.85%);70people(2.87%) between age30-35,352cysts (6.69%);360people (14.78%) betweenage35-40,1640cysts (31.16%);805people (33.06%) between age40-45,1573cysts (29.89%);640people (26.28%) between age45-50,702cysts(13.34%);414people (17.00%) between age50-55,556cysts (10.57%);32people (1.31%) between age55-60,54cysts (1.03%).2.Compound breast cysts:(1)There are75patients(3.08%) who have gotbreast cysts belong to ANDI without other breast disease.(2)1281(52.65%) people who have got galactostasia additionally.(3)212(8.71%) people whohave got Liquefactive hematoma additionally.(4)483(19.83%) people whohave got abscess or mastitis additionally.(5)179(8.09%) people who have gotproduct oil cysts additionally (.6)187(7.64%)people who have got intraductalpapilloma additionally.3.ANDI distribution characteristics: total of5262cases of cyst.2893islocated in the left breast,2369is located in the right breast. Quadrant goes upoutside the left breast cysts,613cases (21.19%), the maximum of592cases(20.46%) as cyst, outside the quadrant,551cases (19.05%), the quadrant in557cases (19.25%), under the areola580cases (20.05%). Quadrant goes up outsideof the right breast cysts,517cases (21.82%), the maximum of484cases(20.43%) as cyst, outside the quadrant,449cases (18.95%), the quadrant in442cases (18.66%),477cases (20.14%) beneath the areola.4.ANDI imaging characteristics:(1) the ultrasonographic characteristics:round or oval, coated more complete, clear and smooth, have lientang acousticshadow, simple cyst inside an acoustic good anechoic, posterior acousticenhancement.(2) MRI manifestations: cyst showed on T2WI is circular, theedge finishing, sharp, uniform high signal. According to the fluid compositionis different, the different MRI performance, simple cyst is a typical low T1WI,T2WI high signal, if cyst infection the thecal sac can show cricoidreinforcement.5.ANDI type of cyst easily combined with a variety of other breast lesionscan be distinguished by the relevant history, clinical presentation and radiographic signs and so on.Final pathological diagnosis as the gold standard. Conclusion Breast cysts belong to ANDI have a high morbidity in womenwho in the late of childbearing age, especially on the age between40-45, have ahigh rate of33.06%. Multiple type ANDI breast cyst among women aged25to40. Breast cysts belong to ANDI always occur with other breast lesions on the same time, galactostasia is the most in common, patients who have got otherbreast lesions have different morbidity in different age. There is a hugeadvantage in terms of diagnosis in both ultrasound and breast MRI. We candistinguish other breast cysts from type ANDI breast cysts by their differentclinical characteristics, such as history, clinical symptoms and imaging findings.Correct clinical treatment should depend on the nature and severity of breastlesions.
