| Objective:Through the comparison of two therapeutic schemes in the treatment of Huanglianwendan decoction combined with Dumbledore difference effect on sand amine hepatosplenic humid type analysis of Behcet’s syndrome,and evaluate the therapeutic effect of Huanglian Wendan Decoction Combined with sand Dumbledore amine on the hepatosplenic humid type Behcet’s syndrome.Method:Screening of 60 cases with the research methods of liver and spleen dampness heat type patients with Behcet’s syndrome,according to the proportion of 1:1,were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases,and 30 cases in the control group(the treatment group given huanglianwendan Decoction and sand Dumbledore treatment,the control group gives amine)in the treatment of pure sand Dumbledore amine treatment cycle of two groups for 12 weeks,and its clinical observation.Before treatment,by statistical analysis,the two groups were comparable in age,sex and course of disease and so on.The pain evaluation(VAS),ulcer activity evaluation(VAS),disease activity evaluation(VAS)and acute reactant level(ESR and CRP)in two groups before and after treatment were observed.It was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of two treatments.Result:1.the two groups of drugs can improve the condition.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.2.the two groups of drugs can improve the patient’s pain,the activity of ulceration,and the skin lesions.The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.3.the levels of acute phase reactant,such as ESR,CRP and immunoglobulin,were reduced in all two groups.The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Huanglianwendan decoction combined with sand Dumbledore amine treatment of liver and spleen dampness heat type of Behcet’s syndrome,the overall evaluation on clinical effect,improve symptoms and signs of acute phase reactants and significant level etc.. |
