The Clinical Research On Treating Infant Rotavirus Viral Enteritis Of Damp-Heat Type With Manipulation Combined With Acupoint Bloodletting

Objective: To observe the the clinical effect of manipulation combined with acupoint bloodletting in treating infant rotavirus viral enteritis of damp-heat type,in order to provide a safe, standardized and effective for clinical comprehensive treatment.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,90 cases of dampness heat syndrome in children with rotavirus enteritis, according to the random number table divided into Manipulation group(30 cases), Acupoint Bloodletting group(30 cases), combined treatment group(30 cases). The Manipulation group: to manipulation treatment technique for tonifying spleen each treatment time is about 10 min,daily for 1 times, 4 times for 1 course of treatment; Acupoint Bloodletting group: two hands Sifeng points Bloodlettingto treatment, every other day for 1 times and 2 times for 1course of treatment; comprehensive treatment, treatment group with manipulation group and acupoint bloodletting group.1 after the end of treatment, observe the clinical efficacy and safety of each group after treatment, symptoms and so on.Results:(1)Effectiveness of clinical observation: three groups of cure rate, effective,efficient, total effectiveness respectively, maintaining: 73.33%, 13.3%, 10.00%, 13.3%;Control group: 43.33%, 26.67%, 16.67%, 26.67%; Acupuncture thorn blood group:46.67%, 26.67%, 16.67%, 90.00%. Maintaining total effectiveness compared with other two groups(P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Recovery rate and powerfully, efficient have significant difference(P < 0.05).(2)The comparison of comprehensive clinical symptom score difference: maintaining compared with other two groups, maintaining curative effect is superior to simple and pure blood group with the controlgroup.(3)Security: three groups of methods in the process of treatment does not appear harmful response.Conclusion: Treating Infant rotavirus viral enteritis of damp-heat type with Manipulation Combined with Acupoint Bloodletting, one of the effective method is worthy of popularization and application.
