Research On The Reform Of Public Hospital Compilation Management In Hainan Province

Public hospitals that undertake public health services and basic medical care for the society play a leading role in the medical service system.However,in order to effectively allocate resources,preparation management is indispensable,which can better guide the employment behavior of the organization,limit the disorderly expansion of the unit,and clarify the actual tasks of the unit.In response to the "CPC Central Committee's decision on deepening the reform of the party and state institutions" and meeting the development needs of the Hainan Free Trade Pilot Zone and the free trade port with Chinese characteristics,it is urgent to study and formulate a management method in line with public hospitals.Based on the actual situation in Hainan,the thesis summarizes and analyzes the status quo and problems of the establishment and management of public hospitals in Hainan Province through literature review,field investigation and data comparison analysis,and proposes measures and countermeasures to solve the existing contradictions.The thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is based on the research initiation,meaning and goal.On the basis of this,it briefly explains the content of the paper and the research methods used.The second chapter defines the related concepts and the theoretical basis.The third chapter mainly introduces the status quo and effectiveness of the establishment and management of public hospitals in Hainan Province;the fourth chapter analyzes the main problems and causes of the establishment of public hospitals in Hainan Province;the fifth chapter describes the innovation and reform of the management of public hospitals in Hainan Province;It is the main conclusion of the research,innovative methods and future research directions.This article closely combines the latest situation and requirements of the national organization,closely combines the reform direction of the institution and the actual situation of Hainan Province,and uses the combination of data analysis and questionnaire survey to overcome the problems and confusions of existing policies and the management of public hospitals.Start with a bold design and framework for the establishment of management innovation policies for public hospitals in Hainan Province,and propose a new method for the implementation of total personnel management in public hospitals in Hainan Province to help build Hainan Free Trade Pilot Zone and serve the future of Hainan people's medical health.Development puts forward constructive opinions and possible development directions.
