Research On Quality Management Of Medical Service In Public Hospital From The Perspective Of Cooperative Public Management

The core of Hospital management is depended on the level of medical service quality management. It is not only closely related to the patient’s health, life, but also the base of the hospital. Especially under the huge impact of government strongly encourage social capital healthcare, medical service quality management in public hospitals is particularly important. Only comprehensive medical management system with perfect management mode and scientific guidelines would properly guide the hospital insisted on a right step forward. And this would ensure medical safety is the foundation of hospital management, make sure improving medical service quality in hospital management as a top priority. As the current situation of public hospital based medical work is complicated and the spectrum of disease in China is changeable, among the various health agencies, health departments, including the more complicated issues between hospital departments, how to make the hospital medical service quality management effective and rational under the perspective of collaborative public management, becomes a problem that current medical system needs to study. Hospital administrators must be contributing to the development of the hospital. Therefore, author takes this case as an example to do the research.The purpose of this research is to find Shenzhen Z hospital’s existing quality management problems through the perspective of collaborative public management,and to explore the mode of medical service quality management to ensure patient safety and to meet the patient medical humanistic care by the adjustment of external policy affecting the internal reasons.It also aims to perfect public hospital medical service quality management by taking the collaborative public management theory as the instruction and through related policy like longitudinal, horizontal, and internal collaborative. This article is referring to relevant references and a great deal of information, studying on the theory and practice of collaborative public management and medical quality management at home and abroad to explore the application of collaborative public management theory in China medical and health field, and researching on the theory of promoting the quality of medical service management in public hospital. And by such means of clinical interviews and questionnaires, analysing deficiencies in external policy and internal management, to find out the reasons and measurements. Author takes Shenzhen Z hospital as a research subject, according to the actual work, starting studies as follows: first analyzing the status of quality management of medical service in Shenzhen Z hospital, and then find out the problems arising from the current management system of the hospital, and finally put forward to perfect the policies and measures of medical service quality management through the theory of collaborative public management and quality management of medical service.The research content of this paper is divided into five parts: the first part of intro duction introduces the paper selected topic background and significance of narrative r esearch status at home and abroad, is introduced in this paper, the research methods, r esearch contents and technical route; The body of the first chapter of collaborative pu blic management theory is applied in this paper the research analysis; The second cha pter of this thesis research sample shenzhen Z hospital medical service quality manag ement present situation, problems and reasons are analyzed; In this paper, the third ch apter introduced hospital cooperative medical service quality management both at ho me and abroad advanced experience; The last chapter put forward under the collaborat ive public management theory Angle of view, to perfect the related countermeasure of public hospital medical service quality.
