Financial Management Research On Public Hospital In Hebei Province

Financial management in public hospital is a complex and arduous project. As the financial control system, financial management in hospital has played a very crucial role in guarantee of patients’ recovery and hospital development. With the accelerating pace of fiscal management system reform, the deepening of the medical system reform, a series of new situations and problems have emerged in financial management in public hospital. Thus financial management research on public hospital is of certain practical significance in ensuring a better advancement of Hebei public hospital.Based on the theory of financial management in public hospital, drawing lessons from foreign advanced financial management theory, this thesis studies and analyzes financial management of M hospital in Hebei province from three aspects: the sources of funds, funds usage and distribution, the spending program. Through methods of literature analysis, comparative analysis, ratio analysis and case analysis, this thesis summarizes the current financial management situation in M public hospital. Debt paying ability, operation ability, profitability and development ability, work efficiency, social efficiency analysis, business income and expenses, etc have been analyzed, from which it is necessary to put forward these countermeasures: strengthen the management of accounts receivable, increase the efficiency of funds, start the whole cost accounting, achieve revenue and cost ratio, set up financial management team with high quality and so on. The actually M hospital financial management problems, widely existing in the in financial management of public hospitals in our country, are further expounded in this thesis. The improvement measures presented in this thesis are of practical significance in strengthening financial management in public hospital.
