Study Of Six Syndromes Differentiation System And The Relationship Between Six Syndromes And The Constitution Of TCM

Objective:Through clinical follow-up and analysis of syndrome-differentiation of the six meridians,the major purpose for this study is in order to investigate their distribution characteristics in primary headache,and the same time explore the relationship between six syndromes dfferentiation system and the constitution of TCM.It canl provide new ideas for six syndromes differentiation system and prevention of primary headache.Methods:148 cases of primary headache who met the inclusion criteria were selected.The clincal data was collected,such as general information,past history,four diagnostic information,the constitution of TCM,etc.SPSS software was processed for statistical analysis to explore the distribution of six syndromes and the relationship between six syndromes and the constitution of TCM.Results:1.The investigated 148 cases of primary headache were collected 14 types of syndromes in six syndromes differentiation system,including 4 single syndromes and 10 combined syndromes.The most common type was Shaoyang and Taiyin combined syndromes which was found in 40 cases(accounted for 27%),and then was Shaoyang(26 cases,17.6%),Shaoyang and Yangming combined syndromes(19cases,12.8%),Taiyang and Shaoyang combined syndromes(18cases,12.2%),Taiyang and Yangming and Shaoyang combined syndromes(15cases,10.1%).Shaoyang and Yangming and Taiyin combined syndromes,Taiyang and Yangming combined syndromes,Shaoyang and Shaoyin and Taiyin combined syndromes were rarely found,which of them only 1 case,accouting for 0.7%.Of the 148 cases,Shaoyang and its combined syndromes(Shaoyang and Taiyin combined syndromes,Shaoyang,Shaoyang and Yangming combined syndromes,Taiyang and Shaoyang combined syndromes,Taiyang and Yangming and Shaoyang combined syndromes,ect.)were mostly common found,accouting for 83.8%(124 cases).2.The distribution of six syndromes was related with the constitution type of TCM.Shaoyang syndromes were common in the patient of Qi-yu constitution type,Shaoyang and Taiyin combined syndromes were common in the patient of Tan-shi constitution type,and Taiyang and Shaoyang combined syndromes were common in the patient of Qi-xu constitution type.Conclusions:1.Combined syndromes are found more commonly than single syndromes in primary headache.2.Shaoyang and its combined syndromes are the most common type.3.The distribution of six syndromes was related with the constitution type of TCM.
