A Study On The Physiological Mechanism Of "Interconnect With Gas" Of The Meridian Of The Same Name

Objective:Select the site symmetry,the same name by the Jing points,and the efficacy of treatment of maternal and child disorders(promoting lactation,fetal rotation)experience acupoints(Shaoze,Zhiyin)for the operation site,moxibustion as the stimulation method,Prolactin effects in different groups of lactating mothers.Through the differences in the effects of the synonym meridian of the hand and foot,explore the modern medical basis of the theory of "the same gas with the same name" and improve the modern identity of the classical theory,and provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of female endocrine hormone imbalance.And it can lay a theoretical and practical basis for further finding the key factors of the association between the Shaoze and the Zhiyin area and the female endocrine hormones,as well as laying a theoretical and practical foundation for the research of giving the traditional acupoints the modern significance of site morphology and so on.Methods:60 cases of postpartum and breast-less patients were randomly assigned to the Shaoze group,to the Zhiyin group and Shaoze and to the Zhiyin group,with 20 cases in each group.And to the Zhiyin 30 minutes for 3 consecutive days,compared the three groups before and after treatment,the content of prolactin,clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy of three groups after treatment and compare the differences between groups.To discuss the difference of the effect and correlation of the synonym meridian of the hand and foot.Results:1.After treatment,the score of clinical symptom in patients decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P <0.01),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).2.After treatment,the level of prolactin in both groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P <0.01),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).3.The total efficiency between the three groups compared(P> 0.05),three groups of similar efficacy.Conclusion:Verified the theoretical value of "the same name of the site where or location of similar,its function should have similarities or have a great influence on each other" for the "same gas" theory to find a certain degree of modern Medical basis.
