The Analysis Of The Clinical Application Of Zhiyin(BL67) Acupoint In Ancient Times

Objective:Through sorting out and summarizing the relevant data in TCM textbooks of Zhiyin(BL67)acupoint in and before the Qing dynasty,the clinical application characteristics of Zhiyin(BL67)acupoint were analyzed.Methods:Choosing the Chinese medical classics(5th edition)as the main search resource,the articles related to Zhiyin(BL67)main treatment syndrome of single acupoint and compatible acupoint,compatible acupoints,acupuncture and moxibustion methods were sorted out,database was established,and the results were statistically analyzed by using Microsoft Office Excel software.Results:There are 54 TCM books involved and 285 articles included.There are 39 kinds of main treatment syndromes of Zhiyin(BL67)single acupoint,including 13 kinds of dominant disease syndrome,which are arthralgia syndrome,pannus,scrofula,cephalalgia,hypochondriac pain,and etc.There are 30 kinds of main treatment syndromes of Zhiyin(BL67)compatible acupoints,which includes 11 predominant diseases,such as dystocia,arthralgia syndrome,lung obstruction,spermatorrhea,apoplexy,and etc.120 acupoints are involved in the articles,and the top 12 are Hegu(LI4),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Taichong(LR3),Zuqiaoyin(GB44),Kunlun(BL60),Jianshi(PC5),Zhongji(RN3),Zusanli(ST36),Jiexi(ST41),Taixi(KI3),Yuji(LU10),Gongsun(SP4).There are three kinds of acupuncture and moxibustion methods,they are acupuncture,moxibustion and pricking blood,acupuncture and moxibustion are the main facters.The commonly used acupuncture depth is one point or two points.The retention time of acupuncture needle is five call and the amount of moxibustion is three Zhuang.Conclusion: The results of this study show the clinical application characteristics of Zhiyin(BL67)acupoint comprehensively,and provide a great reference value for the clinical and scientific research in modern acupuncture and moxibustion.
