Clinical Observation Of Huatan Zhuyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Primary Hypertension With Mutual Syndrome Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huatan Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of primary hypertension.Methods:Collection in May 2018 to December 2019 in chongqing dianjiang county hospital of heart disease in hospital and clinic of 60 patients with meet eligibility criteria,in accordance with the Doll's table patients randomly divided into the control group,treatment group 30 cases were given conventional western medicine treatment of tutor experience side chase phlegm stasis soup,two groups of continuous after 2 courses of treatment,compared before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral dynamic blood pressure blood pressure blood fat.Results:1.Judgment of antihypertensive effect: The total effective rate of the treatment group is 94%,the total effective rate of the control group is 76%,and the total effective rate of the antihypertensive effect of the two groups is statistically different(p<0.05).2.Comparison of blood pressure: There was no statistical difference in blood pressure before treatment(p>0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the two groups after treatment were statistically different than before treatment(p<0.05).The decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure was more obvious,with statistical difference(p<0.05).3.Comparison of average values of ambulatory blood pressure: There was no statistical difference between the average values of systolic and diastolic blood pressures before treatment(p>0.05);after treatment and before treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups(p<0.05);treatment After comparison,the average improvement in systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the control group was better than that in the control group,with statistical difference(p<0.05).It shows that the antihypertensive effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.4.Comparison of blood lipids: after treatment,the treatment group hadsignificantly lower Lipid index than before treatment(p<0.05),and after the treatment,the indicators of the two groups were compared over the same period.There was a significant difference between the two(p<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the indicators of the control group before and after treatment,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in lipid-lowering.5.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate in the treatment group is 90%,and the total effective rate in the control group is 70%.There is a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).Conclusion: Huatan Zhuyu Decoction can reduce blood pressure and ambulatory blood pressure,improve blood lipid metabolism level and improve TCM syndromes in patients with primary high blood phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,the overall efficacy is significantly better than conventional Western medicine treatment.
