Clinical Observation Of Pinggan Qianyang Soup In Treating Hypertension(Hyperactivity Of Liver Yang)

Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Pinggan Qianyang Decoction in the treatment of hypertension with hyperactivity of liver Yang,proving the method of Pinggan Qian Yan?Zishen Tiaogan in the regulation of blood pressure can also significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with hypertension,reduce the damage to heart,brain,kidney and other target organs of hypertension,improve the life quality of patients.Methods: Seventy-two patients in accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups(36 cases in the treatment group and the control group),the treatment group was treated with oral Chinese medicine(self-made Ping Gan Qian Yang Decoction)combined with western medicine Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets(Shi Huida),and the control group was treated with Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets(Shi Huida)alone.After 4 weeks of treatment,to observe the clinical symptoms and signs(such as blood pressure and TCM syndrome score)of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and the improvement of the safety indicators(such as liver function and renal function,Blood routine,Urine routine and ECG).Through the statistical contrastive analysis of the above observation Index,Evaluating the clinical efficacy and safety of Pinggan qianyang Decoction in treating hypertension patients with the syndrome of liver yang hyperactivity.Results: 1 The difference in blood pressure before and after treatment between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).2 In the area of depressurization,the total effective rate was 86.11% in the treatment group and 77.78% in the control group,suggesting that the treatment group was superior to the control group,but after statistical analysis,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;3 The efficacy of TCM syndromes showed that the total effective rate was 91.67% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group.After statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.4 The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving symptoms of dizziness(P=0.001),headache(P=0.002),dry mouth(P=0.029),oral bitterness(P=0.004),and constipation(P=0.000),P<0.05;The improvement of irritability(P=0.099),flushing(P=0.332),redness(P=0.079),and redness(P=1.000)was not statistically significant(P>0.05);5 After treatment,there were no abnormal changes in liver and kidney function,blood routine,urine routine,and electrocardiogram.Conclusion:Pinggan Qianyang soup combined with amlodipine besylate tablets not only can lower blood pressure,but also can improve the syndrome of liver yang hyperactivity.
