Clinical Observation Of Cangshi Tongluo Decoction In The Treatment Of Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease Combined With Overweight/obesity Syndrome Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Obstruction

Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Cang Shi Tong Luo Decoction on coronary heart disease with angina pectoris combined with overweight/obesity and phlegm obstruction syndrome,and provide evidence for clinical application of this prescription.Methods: The 30 patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table,15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The experimental group was treated with Cang Shi Tong Luo Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment,and observed for 4 weeks.The Seattle angina scale,angina grade,electrocardiogram changes,nitroglycerin arrest rate,TCM syndrome scores,BMI,blood lipids and other indicators were used to evaluate the therapeutic effects of the two groups,and then related statistical treatment.Results:1.Seattle Angina Scale: Compared with pre-treatment,both groups significantly improved PL,AS,AF,and TS scores(P < 0.05),while the experimental group had a significant increase in DS score(P < 0.05)and the control group had no statistically significant difference;compared with the control group,the test group PL,AS,AF and total score Both were significantly improved(P<0.05).2.Classification of angina pectoris: Both groups can improve the degree of angina pectoris,the total effective rate is 93%,there is no statistical difference between the two(P>0.05),but the effective rate of the test group(33%)is higher than the control group(20%)3.ECG changes: The total effective rate of ECG improvement in the experimental group after treatment(73%)was higher than that in the control group(53%),but there was no significant difference between the two(P>0.05).4.Nitroglycerin withdrawal rate: Compared with the control group,the nitroglycerin reduction rate was more significant in the test group,and the total effective rate(87%)was higher than that in the control group(53%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.TCM syndrome scores: After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the TCM syndromes in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)6.BMI: Compared with before treatment,the body weight of both groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).7.Blood lipids: Compared with before treatment,only TC in the two groups of blood lipids decreased significantly(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no statistics before and after treatment and between the two groups.Learning differences(P>0.05).Conclusion: Cang Shi Tong Luo Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris combined with overweight/obesity and obstruction syndrome,improve the efficacy of TCM syndromes,and have no adverse reactions in clinical application.However,due to the small sample size,lack of multi-center and large the sample size test,so the clinical promotion is still to be further studied.
