| Objective:to study the liver lipid ping soup on primary hypertension with hyperlipidemia deficiency card hand of antihypertensive,lipid effect and to the improvement of TCM symptoms.Methods:selection of Hunan university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of cardiology,elderly cadres department outpatient service in March 2015 to January 2016,patients,and diagnosis accord with primary hypertension with hyperlipidemia Yin hand card,the random divided into treatment group and control group in the two groups,the treatment group given 1 benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine piece,atorvastatin calcium capsules combined liver lipid soup,control group given 1 benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine tablets and atorvastatin calcium capsules,4 weeks of treatment.Compare two groups before and after treatment of blood pressure,blood fat,improve the syndromes.Results:the treatment group and control group after medicine syndrome curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine syndrome integral,hypertension treatment curative effect,proprietary Chinese medicine group have significant difference(P<0.05),treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group,but the two groups in terms of adjusting blood fat had no significant difference(P>0.05),both lipid adjusting treatment.Conclusion:hepatic lipid ping soup on primary hypertension with hyperlipidemia deficiency hand the clinical curative effect is distinct,flat liver lipid soup with conventional western medicine therapy Yin deficiency type hand primary hypertension with hyperlipidemia can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms,signs,lower blood pressure,improve the syndromes,the curative effect is superior to conventional western medicine treatment group.The treatment group and control group no significant difference in regulating blood fat,and good security,better curative effect,the price is relatively cheap,no obvious adverse reactions. |
