| Objective:To observe the effect of aconite clove powder addictive acupoint sticking on the symptoms of slow transit constipation with Yangxu,and to evaluate its clinical curative effect.To observe the effect of aconite Clove powder addictive acupoint sticking on intestine passage time of Yangxu type STC rats(SP)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)in rat serum to evaluate its curative effect and to explore its mechanism of action to provide clinical and theoretical research on acupuncture and clove powder-flavored acupoint sticking for treating chronic hypothyroidism constipation in accordance with.Methods: This study is divided into two parts,respectively,clinical efficacy and animal experiments.First,the clinical observation of efficacy:60 cases of Yang-deficiency STC patients were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).In the treatment group,aconite powder was added to acupoints and applied to Mosapride in the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were observed,and the changes in the total scores of the symptoms before and after the treatment,the main symptoms,and the secondary symptoms before and after treatment were recorded.The results were statistically analyzed to arrive at a conclusion.Second,the animal experimental studies: Animal SPF-level healthy Wistar rats were selected as experimental animals and randomly divided into normal control group(15)and model group(45).The model group of animals replicated the yang-deficient STC model.After the model was successfully established,the yang-deficient STC model group was randomly divided into model control group,mosapride group and acupoint application group.The rats in the acupoint application group were treated with aconite amocupuncture plus acupoint dressing.The mice in the mosapride group were given intragastric administration of mosapride,and the control group and STC model control group were treated with clear water.Observe and record the first time of black urine discharge before and after treatment in four groups of rats and detect the serum SP and VIP levels in the four groups by ELISA.Results:First,the clinical observation: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.33% and 86.67%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of improved aconite clovespowder by acupoint application dressing was superior to that of Mosapride in the treatment of Yang deficiency STC.The total scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The application of improved aconite clovespowder by acupoint applicationn and mosapride can significantly improve the overall symptoms of Yang deficiency STC.Comparing the main symptoms of the two groups after treatment(defecation time,fecal traits,difficulty in defecation,defecation time,lack of defecation)scores,there was no statistical difference in defecation interval time,fecal traits,difficulty in defecation,and defecation time.The significance of the study was statistically significant in terms of defecation and impatience.The two groups had similar efficacy in improving defecation interval time,fecal traits,difficulty in defecation,and defecation time.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the impatience of defecation.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the secondary symptoms(incidence in waist and knee,pain in abdomen,long urine,and lack of warm limbs)after treatment.There were significant differences in acidity in waist,knee,urine,and temperature in the limbs.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving acid and cold in the waist,urine,and limbs,and there was no statistically significant difference in pain in the abdomen.The two groups were equally effective in improving abdominal pain in the patients.Second,experimental study:1.After the treatment,the time for the first capsule of black stool in each group of rats was compared: there was no significant difference between the acupoint application group and the blank control group and mosapride group(P>0.05).Sapride can shorten the first black discharge of constipation rats.2.on the rat serum SP,VIP content:SP level: The levels of SP in the control group,mosapride group and acupoint application group were all higher than those in the model control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the acupoint application group and the blank control group.The significance of the study(P>0.05)shows that applying aconite powder and acupuncture points can increase the SP content.VIP level: The VIP levels of the three groups after treatment in the blank control group,mosapride group,and acupoint application group were all lower than those in the model control group(P<0.01).The blank control group was compared with the mosapril group and acupuncture points.In the patch group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);there was no significant difference between the acupoint application group and mosapride(P>0.05),explains that aconite powder can increase the content of VIP.Conclusion:Through the observation of clinical curative effect,it is known that improved aconite clovespowder by acupoint application has a good clinical curative effect on Yang Deficiency STC,and can effectively improve the symptoms of constipated patients.This therapy has clinical application value.Through animal experiments,it was found that the application of aconite cloves powder can shorten the intestinal transit time of Yang deficiency STC rats and regulate the SP and VIP levels in serum of Yang deficiency STC rats.One of the mechanisms of treatment of Yang deficiency STC by aconite astringent flavored acupoint application might be to increase the content of SP and decrease the content of VIP in serum,thereby stimulating smooth muscle,causing smooth muscle contraction,regulating intestinal function,promoting intestinal peristalsis,and shortening Intestinal transit time achieves the purpose of treating Yang deficiency type STC. |
