| Objective:Acupoint sticking method treating constipation is safe and painless, which is a kind of simple, with its variety of therapy, a variety of effects of compound treatment. There are a number of clinical reports, but the specific methods differ a lot, the lack of system research, it’s also lack systematic research methods of evidence-based medicine. We observe the clinical curative effect of slow transmit constipation(STC) by using the Chinese Eaglewood acupoint sticking cream to Shenque point, Tianshu point, Guanyuan point and Zhongwan Point, thus to further improve the therapeutic effect of constipation And Carry forward the Chinese traditional treatment characteristics, improve the level of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment technology,make the acupoint sticking therapy techniques for the treatment of constipation to a better promotion.Methods:We use a randomized, positive parallel controlled clinical study design method in this study. The diagnostic criteria usually adopts the international standards of functional colon disease III Rome. Choose the clinical patients of Beijing university of Chinese medicine East hospital during October 2015 to October 2014,60 patients are in the standard of slow transmit constipation. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group include 30 cases. The control group taking Forlax to treat STC, twice a day, 20 g every time, four weeks for one treatment period. The observation group use the Chinese Eaglewood acupoint sticking cream to Shenque point, Tianshu point, Guanyuan point and Zhongwan Point, Every other day at a time,the treatment period is also 4 weeks. Cmparing the two groups’symptoms score change before and after treatment 4 weeks later,and through the statistical analysis, analysising the curative effect, draw the conclusion. Using SPSS17.0 statistical analyze the obtained data.Results:Through comparing and analyzing the age, sex and course of the disease and the contrast of treatment before clinical symptoms score in two groups of patients before treatment, There were no significant difference through statistical analysis, p> O.O5.It’s comparable.Clinical observation group 4 patients were healed,14 had sgnificant curative effect,8 were effective,4 were invalid after treatment, the total effective rate was 86.67%. The control group 2 patients were healed,6 had sgnificant curative effect,12 were effective,10 were invalid after treatment, the total effective rate was 66.67%, Through nonparametric testing, Z =-2.605, p=0.012, p<0.05, The Total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group. The total symptom score of observation group significantly decreased after treatment through nonparametric testing, Z=17.19, p=0.000, p<0.05, the differences were obvious and statistically significant, the symptoms of observation group improved obviously. The total symptom score of control group significantly decreased after treatment through nonparametric testing, Z= 12.43, p=0.000, p<0.05, the differences were obvious and statistically significant, the symptoms of observation group improved obviously. Compare the total score between the observation and control group after the treatment, the score of the observation group was reduced obviously,after t test, t=-3.786, p=0.0002, p<0.05, the differences were obvious in statistics,which means the clinical symptoms of the observation group had improved and the advantage is obvious in the comparison with the control group.Comparing the improved situation of all symptoms of the two groups after treatment,and comparing the total score in primary symptoms of the two groups after treatment, the score of the observation group was reduced obviously better than the control group,after t test, t=-2.849, p=0.003, p<0.05, the differences were obvious in statistics,which means the primary symptoms of the observation group had improved and the advantage is obvious in the comparison with the control group. The primary symptoms are the frequency of defecation (natural), whether to use a laxative, waste of traits, the difficulty of defecate, defecation time and the degree od abdominal distension,each score of the observation group was reduced obviously better than the control group, through nonparametric testing, p<0.05, the differences were obvious and statistically significant, which means the primary symptoms of the observation group obviously improved with the comparison of the control group. Comparing the total score in secondary symptoms of the two groups after treatment, the scores of the observation group were reduced obviously better than the control group,after t test, t=-1.700, p=0.047, p<0.05, the differences were obvious in statistics,which means the secondary symptoms of the observation group had improved and the advantage is obvious in the comparison with the control group. The secondary symptoms include abdominal pain, afraid of the cold, lacking in strength, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, fullness in chest and hypochondrium, sweating and shortness of breath, no appetite and belching,there scores were formed to compare. The score of abdominal pain, afraid of the cold, lacking in strength, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, fullness in chest and hypochondrium in the observation group was reduced obviously better than the control group, through nonparametric testing, p<0.05, the differences were obvious and statistically significant, but the score of sweating and shortness of breath, no appetite and belching doesn’t make any difference between two groups,which means the secondary symptoms of the observation group obviously improved with the comparison of the control group,except sweating and shortness of breath, no appetite and belching. Maybe the results are caused by the duration of treating, the amount of cases, the individual habitus and other related reasons. To clarify the problem, further research is needed by clinic.Conclusion:Using the Chinese Eaglewood acupoint sticking cream to treat the slow transmit constipation is a safe and painless method, which is a kind of simple, with its variety of therapy, a variety of effects of compound treatment.Patients’clinical symptoms were improved obviously by this treatment. |
