Summary And Analysis Of Clinical Application Of 95 Cases Of Children's Asthma Ointment

Objective: To analyze the clinical application of plaster in regulating and treating children's asthma to summarize the distribution characteristics of related factors,to explore the characteristics of prescribing drugs in the prescriptions of plaster,and to excavate the rule of prescription.In order to optimize the treatment of asthma in children with traditional Chinese medicine to provide a reference for the development of children asthma ointment treatment and research to provide clinical basis.Methods: From January 2017 to December 2017,a total of 95 cases were selected from the outpatient clinic of affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine,and the data were analyzed by Excel software and SPSS 17.0 statistical software.The software of traditional Chinese Medicine inheriting and assisting system(V2.5)was used to excavate the law of drug prescription.The distribution characteristics of related factors,the basic situation of prescription,the characteristics of drug prescription and the rule of prescription were obtained.Results:1.There is a correlation between the usage of children's asthma ointment and age and sex the most prescription quantity distributed in the range of 2001g~3000g,and the difference between prescription quantity and age and sex the number of prescription drugs taste is between 18 and 44 taste.The average total cost of single dose was 710.05 �282.36 yuan/month.2.A total of 30 high-frequency drugs were used.The drug was mainly used to nourish deficiency,and its dosage was about 1/3 of the ointment prescription,in which the tonifying medicine was the first;the main drug was into the spleen,the lung and the two meridians,and the main drugs were warm and flat drugs,sweet and light,Xin,Bitter is the most common taste of drug selection;toxic drugs are used in a low proportion and dosage selection is within the safe range.3.36 common drug combinations,57 pairs of drug pairs with correlation degree above 0.2,14 core combinations of 35 drugs based on entropy clustering of complex systems,and 57 pairs of drug pairs based on association rule analysis.Further aggregated into a new drug team of seven.Conclusions: 1.paste have the unique advantage of.2.prescription in the treatment of asthma with tonic medicine as the foundation,with Yiqing hot,diaphoretic,astringent drug,played a total of a deviation of the power.3.prescription closely around the spleen,lungs,kidney principle.
