Clinical Study Of Massage Combined With Du-Moxibustion Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective: This article aims to observe the clinical effects of Massage and Du-moxibustion on cold-damp stagnation type chronic pelvic inflammatory disease throughclinical research,and to explore whether Massage and Du-moxibustion treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease have a synergistic effect so as to provide a better clinical treatment plan for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods: A total of 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were observed in this study.They were randomly divided into observation group(with Massage combined with Du-moxibustion)and control group(with moxibustion treatment),30 cases in each group.By observing the changes of syndrome scores and the pain scores of McGill before and after one course of treatment to assess the effect of Massage and Du-moxibustion on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Results: 1.Intra-group comparison: There was a significant difference in the scores of the syndrome before and after treatment between the observation group and the control group(P<0.01);there was a very significant difference in the comparison of the pain score of McGill(P<0.01).2.Comparison between the two groups: There was a significant difference in syndrome scores after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference in McGill pain scores(P<0.01).3.The total effective rate was 96.6% in the observation group and 90.0% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Massage and Du-moxibustion can improve the symptoms of the patients and relieve the pain,and the treatment effect is superior to the simple moxibustion treatment.It shows that Massage and Du-moxibustion have a synergistic effect on the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which is worthy of clinical application.
