Objective: To observe the clinical effect on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease byAcupuncture and warming moxibustion, and to explore the mechanism, the paper reaches areliable treatment by acupuncture.Method:98Patients were divided into observation group and contrast group,49patients in each group. One was acupuncture and warming moxibustion treatment groupand another was simple acupuncture group. The groups separately adopted two methods---acupuncture and warming moxibustion and simple acupuncture on guanyuan, shuidao,sanyinjiao. Before treatment, after periods of treatment and2months later, we recordedand compared the score of patients’ symptoms.Result: After periods of treatment, there were17clinical cured,19marked effect,10effect,3no effect among the49patients in observation group. The recovery rate was34.69%, the total effective rate was93.88%. There were8clinical cured,15marked effect,18effect,8no effect among the49patients in contrast group. The recovery rate was16.33%, the total effective rate was83.67%. The observation group was superior to thecontrast group on recovery rate and total effective rate(P<0.05). Two months aftertreatment, there were20clinical cured,21marked effect,7effect,1no effect among the49patients in observation group. The recovery rate was40.82%, the total effective rate was97.96%. There were9clinical cured,16marked effect,18effect,6no effect among the49patients in contrast group. The recovery rate was18.37%, the total effective rate was87.76%. The observation group was superior to the contrast group on recovery rate andtotal effective rate(P<0.05) in long term.Conclusion: The treatment by acupuncture and warming moxibustion and simpleacupuncture both have obvious effect,and the observation group is superior to the contrast group on effect and long-term effect. Acupuncture and warming moxibustion havesynergistic effect, using both can improve the effect.
