Dietance With Acupuncture Point Method Of Local Moxibustion And Acupuncture For The Treatment And Qi Stagnation Ang Blood Stasis Type Of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Clinical Research

Objective By observing the distance with acupuncture method with local moxibustion and simple local take acupuncture method with local moxibustion in the treatment of the clinical curative effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis, clear distance with acupuncture method with local moxibustion in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis therapeutic advantage, provide feasibility basis for clinical application of distal acupoints in acupuncture treatment.Methods This study according to the diagnostic criteria, involving a total of 70 cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis type chronic pelvic inflammation in patients with, and randomly assigned to far and near with acupoint group and local acupoints group, 35 cases in each group. Distance with acupoint group by acupuncture at points of Ministry of waist and abdomen, and extremities distal with local moxibustion treatment, after menstruation is clean from the start of treatment, until the next menstrual cramps stop,for a course of treatment. The local acupoints group was treated by acupuncture at the acupoints of the lumbar and abdomen and the local moxibustion. Two groups of patients were treated 3 times a week, after three courses of treatment efficacy, were recorded before and after the treatment of symptoms and signs score points, to establish a database for statistical analysis.Results1 after courses of treatment, the symptom score, physical sign and integral integral of the three points and the points of the acupuncture group were decreased after treatment. There was significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.01). The results showed that there was a significant effect on the treatment of both the near and far points and the points.The 2 distal acupoints group after three courses of treatment, the symptoms, signs integral, integral were lower than the local acupuncture group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Show that the distal acupoints group is better than the local point selection group.The 3 distal acupoints group after three courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the clinical symptoms and signs of efficacy and comprehensive therapeutic effects were higher than the local acupuncture group, the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Distal acupoints acupuncture method with local moxibustion, and local acupoints acupuncture combined with local moxibustion were on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis symptoms and signs have improved.2.Distal acupoints with acupuncture and moxibustion on local qi stagnation and blood stasis type of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease symptoms and signs improved significantly.
