Objective: Study the urogenital mycoplasma infection and drug sensitivity and drug resistance in Lianyungang area,so as to provide a reasonable basis for clinical treatment and prevention and control of mycoplasma infection in this area. Methods: The collection of 2726 patients suspected to be urogenital tract infections in the outpatient department of the First People's Hospital of Lianyungang from December 2015 to July 2017 was performed. The mycoplasma culture was used to identify the susceptibility test kits for detection and drug susceptibility testing. The results were analyzed by using SPSS13.0 software. Results: Among 2726 patients, there were 1226 cases(44.97%)with positive result of mycoplasma culture,995cases(81.16%)of Uu infection,30 cases(2.45%)of Mh infection and 201 cases(16.39%)of mixed infection. The positive rates of Ureaplasma Urealyticum and mycoplasma mixed infection in females were higher than those in males(P < 0.05).The patients with urogenital mycoplasma infection in this area are mostly 20-50 years old, accounting for 95.11%.Patients with positive Uu were the most sensitive to minocycline, doxycycline and clarithromycin, and those of positive Mh were more sensitive to clarithromycin, minocycline and doxycycline.Patients who were infected with both Uu and Mh were sensitive to the minocycline and doxycycline. The most resistant species were mixed infection, which was higher than infected by mycoplasma alone. The rates of antimicrobial resistance of mycoplasma varied from January to July 2016 and from January to July 2017.The resistance rate of ciprofloxacin increased from 71.83% to 88.40%,and the resistance rate of ofloxacin decreased from 34.72% to 25.99%.The difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: At present, mycoplasma has been resistant to some antimicrobial agents to varying degrees.Mycoplasma is resistant to part of the antimicrobial drug.Uu appears the major pathogen of mycoplasma infection, followed by mixed Uu and Mh in patients living in the area of Lianyungang, and minocycline and doxycycline may be the first line of drugs for mycoplasma infection.Or we can use an appropriate combination of sensitive drugs. When we treat our patient,we can't just rely on our experience alone.Mycoplasma detection and drug sensitivity test for patients' specimens should be done before treatment. We need to combine the clinical manifestation with comprehensive analysis and judgment of signs to make the treatment standardized to avoid the production of drug-resistant strains.
