Epidemiology And Drug Sensitive Analysis Of Mycoplasma Genitalium Among Genitourinary Tract Infection Patients In Shandong Province

Objective Frist:To investigate the status of Mycoplasma genitalium infection among genitourinary tract infection patients in Shandong province. Second:To detect the drug sensitivity of Mycoplasma genitalium to 12 antibiotics in shandong,and to use antibiotics more rationally.Methods Frist:Samples were collected from Masculine urethra and feminine cervix of uterus, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) were perfomed on genitourinary tract secretion specimens from 352 patients with genitourinary tract infection and 101 healthy men in Shandong province. Second:The culture and Susceptibility Testing Kit of Mycoplasma genitalium were used to detect male urethra and female cervix secretion.Results Frist:1.The positive rate of Mg in genitourinary tract secretion from the 352 patients was 16.5%(58/352), Among the 58 positive cases,41 cases had other pathogens;the positive rate of control group was 2.0%(2/101). There are significant statistical differences between the two groups (P< 0.001).2.The positive of 141 men are 25 cases, The positive of 211 women are 33 cases.There are no statistical differences between the two groups (P>0.05).3.Among 58 men of Mycoplasma genitalium positive,41 men coexist with other pathogen.There are significant statistical differences between the two groups (P< 0.01).Second:The positive rate of Mg was 7.6%,The sensitivity of Mg to 12 kinds of antibiotics was Azithromycin,Minocycline,Clarithromycin,Doxycycline,Roxithromycin,Jasamycine.The resistance of Mg to 12 kinds of antibiotics was Ofloxacin and ciprofloxacin. Macrolides and tetracycline have higher sensitivity, tetracycline has more drug-resistant strains.Conclusions Frist:A certain degree infection rate of Mycoplasma genitalium was in urinary and reproductive infection patients from shandong province,Mycoplasma genitalium infections often coexist with other pathogen.Second:The patients of NGU cannot chose quinolones as experiential drug.It is better to use correct dosage and period based upon the drug sensitive tests.Azithromycin,Minocycline,Clarithromycin and Doxycycline could be chosen as experiential when drug sensitive tests are not available.
