Objective: To detect the mycoplasma infection in genitourinary,drug resistance and to find out sensitive drugs by mycoplasmacultivation and drug sensitivity test.Methods: To culture the urethral secretions of the patients withnongonococcal urethritis in liquid medium and to detect the resistanceof nine antimicrobical drugs.Results: The results of sensitivity about 121 mycoplasmapositive cases showed that the clinical strains were most resistant toquinolones and macrolides but were susceptible to tetracyclines.Conclusions: Quinolones and macrolides are not the firstchoices for the treatment of nongonococcal urethritis in Yanji.
