ObjectiveAnalysis of mycoplasma, Chlamydia infections in patients with infertility and adverse pregnancy outcomes, to further explore correlation between mycoplasma, chlamydia infection and infertility and adverse pregnancy outcomes; Analysis of threatened abortion patients with infection of Mycoplasma and chlamydia, mycoplasma and Chlamydia infection and to explore the correlation between threatened abortion; Mycoplasma positive for culture and identification of counting the drug sensitivity test, drug sensitive analysis, to understand the local MP drug sensitive cases, provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment of Mycoplasma infection.MethodsBy real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR method, were determined in 100 cases of normal pregnancy,708 cases of infertility patients and 188 cases of adverse pregnancy outcome in patients with mycoplasma, chlamydia infection; Culture product mycoplasma detection kit typing and drug sensitivity and resistance of the liquid.Results1.In 12 cases and 100 cases of normal early pregnant women to Join separate reproductive mycoplasma infection, the positive rate was 12%; 2 cases of single Chlamydia infection, the positive rate was 2%; 3 cases of mixed infection, the infection rate was 3%.2.The study group 708 cases,438 cases of infection of Mycoplasma which alone, the positive rate was 61.9%; single Chlamydia infection in 68 cases, the positive rate was 9.6%; 72 cases of mixed infection, the positive rate was 10.2%.3.Adverse pregnancy group 188 cases,56 cases of infection of Mycoplasma which alone, the positive rate was 29.8%; single Chlamydia infection in 32 cases, the positive rate was 17%; 21 cases of mixed infection, the positive rate was 11.2%.4.Alone, alone mycoplasma infection chlamydia, mycoplasma and Chlamydia mixed infection infertility group, adverse pregnancy group compared with the control group P<0.05, the difference.5.Identification of counting results of the 480 cases of Mycoplasma positive culture:(1) Mycoplasma positive culture results for identification of Ureaplasma urealyticum was positive in 376 cases, accounting for 78.3%, mycoplasma hominis was positive in 12 cases, accounting for 2.5%, ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis double positive in 92 cases, accounting for 19.2%.(2) Separate Ureaplasma urealyticum infection and drug sensitive rate is the highest doxycycline 97.9%, secondly, the sensitive rate is higher for minocycline, Josamycin, clarithromycin, azithromycin, gatifloxacin and erythromycin, the sensitive rate were 97.3%,97.3%,96.3%,94.1%,84.6% and 80.9%. The highest resistance rate was 42% of sparfloxacin, secondly as Thiamphenicol and clindamycin, the resistant rate was 33.3%.(3) Alone in 12 cases of Mycoplasma hominis culture and drug sensitive positive results:Separate Mycoplasma hominis infection and drug sensitive rate is higher in doxycycline, Josamycin 100%, clindamycin, doxycycline 83.3%. High resistance rate from high to low as azithromycin, erythromycin 100%, sparfloxacin 66.7%.(4) 92 cases of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominisculture and drug sensitive positive results:Drug sensitive rate is higher for minocycline and doxycycline, the sensitive rates were 95.7%. Drug resistance rate from high to low order of roxithromycin, erythromycin 93.5%,89.1% 87%, sparfloxacin, clarithromycin, azithromycin80.4%. Conclusion1. Mycoplasma and Chlamydia infection and infertility Association, is one of the important causes of infertility.2. Separate Ureaplasma urealyticum infection were drug sensitive rate is higher, the sensitive drugs are more kinds, and type of drug resistance, and the resistance rate is very low. The sensitive rate is the highest doxycycline, followed by minocycline, Josamycin, clarithromycin, azithromycin, the resistance rate is very low. The macrolides such as Josamycin, clarithromycin and azithromycin as a treatment for separate Ureaplasma urealyticum infection of the first-line drug.3. Simple Mycoplasma hominis infection specimens, tetracycline and doxycycline and macrolides Josamycin, clindamycin was most sensitive to erythromycin and azithromycin; the highest resistant rate.4. In Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis susceptibility test of compound infection, which belongs to the tetracycline minocycline and doxycycline was most sensitive; Drug resistant rate was higher, the resistance rate from high to low is roxithromycin, erythromycin, sparfloxacin, clarithromycin, azithromycin.5. Separate Ureaplasma urealyticum infection in the 0-5 drug resistance group was the highest,6~11 drug resistance group had the lowest percentage, ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis infection in 12 kinds of drug resistance group, the highest proportion of.Although Mycoplasma hominis infection in small numbers, but the multiple drug resistance is better, is difficult to cure.
