Research On The Application Law Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform On The Bi Syndrome Of Xiaoke Disease

Purpose:In this study,through the collection of Chinese medicine treatment of diabetes complicated with arthralgia in recent five years from CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases,the data were sorted out through "excel",and the data mining methods such as association rules,clustering and complex system entropy clustering were used to analyze the composition of medication Based on this,this paper discusses the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes complicated with arthralgia,so as to provide ideas and scientific basis for doctors to treat this disease in the future.Materials and methods : From November 30,2015 to November 30,2020,we collected the literatures about TCM treatment of diabetes complicated with arthralgia from CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases Excel software was used to collect and sort out the drugs of each TCM compound in the included research literature,and the sorted TCM compound was entered into the "TCM inheritance assistant platform management system" for statistical analysis,so as to get the frequency,property,taste and meridian of each medicine,and use the software association rules,complex system entropy clustering and other statistical methods to get the core medicine and new prescription combination of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes complicated with arthralgia,so as to dig out the compatibility rules and significance of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease.Results:1.A total of 172 literatures were screened out,involving 165 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 1875.2.There were 41 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines(frequency > 11 times),among which Astragalus was the first,and 123 times were used,followed by Angelica sinensis,Caulis Spatholobi,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Ligusticum chuanxiong,licorice,earthworm,Achyranthes bidentata,safflower,etc.3.According to the classification of drug taste,837 warm drugs were used,accounting for46.06%,477 cold drugs,accounting for 26.25%,410 mild drugs,accounting for 22.56%,62 cool drugs,accounting for 3.42%,31 hot drugs,accounting for 1.71%.20%,798 times(27.09%),666 times(23.09%),192 times(6.66%),162 times(5.62%)and 22 times(0.The drugs were mainly used into the liver meridian for 1139 times,accounting for 25.01%,followed by 786 times into the spleen meridian,529 times into the heart meridian,529 times into the lung meridian,468 times into the kidney meridian,364 times into the stomach meridian,216 times into the bladder meridian,110 times into the gallbladder meridian,90 times into the large intestine meridian,69 times into the pericardium meridian,8 times into the small intestine meridian,and 6 times into the Sanjiao meridian.4.There are 30 commonly used drug pairs(frequency ≥ 40 times),among which the combination of Astragalus and angelica is the most(71 times),followed by the combination of Caulis Spatholobi and astragalus(69 times),the combination of Astragalus and Ramulus Cinnamomi(68 times),the combination of Ligusticum chuanxiong and Angelica(61 times),and the combination of Ligusticum chuanxiong and astragalus(58 times).5.The drug efficacy was mainly tonifying drugs(Astragalus,angelica,licorice,Paeonia lactiflora,Rehmannia glutinosa,Ophiopogon japonicus,Atractylodes macrocephala,etc.),followed by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs(Caulis Spatholobi,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Achyranthes bidentata,safflower,Salvia miltiorrhiza,peach kernel,leech,etc.),and relieving exterior drugs(Ramulus Cinnamomi,Pueraria,asarum,etc.).6.through cluster analysis,six new prescriptions were combined to treat thirst disease arthralgia.The new formula 1 was composed of Yinchen,epimedium,self-control and diaphysis 4 The new recipe 2 is composed of Weilingxian,angelica,red flower,red peony,chuanxiong and peach kernel.The new recipe 3 consists of yam,Cornus officinalis,Alisma,Poria,peony skin and reed leakage.The new recipe 4 is composed of ephedra,antler gum,mustard,processed ginger and aconite.The new recipe 5 is composed of chuanxiong,Dilong,Niugeng,ossification silkworm and Tongcao.Conclusion:1.The core drugs for the treatment of diabetes arthralgia are: Astragalus,angelica,Caulis Spatholobi,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Ligusticum chuanxiong,etc.2.In the treatment of diabetes arthralgia,the medicine taste is mainly sweet,the medicine property is mainly warm,and the medicine channel is mainly entering the liver channel.3.In the treatment of diabetes arthralgia,tonifying drugs are the main drugs,followed by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs.4.According to the cluster analysis,Taohong Siwu Decoction,Liuwei Dihuang pill,Yanghe Decoction and other prescriptions are used to treat diabetes Bi syndrome.
