After treatment, thermal moxibustion group and combined group total effective rate 75.00%,84.37% and 93.74% respectively;Compared with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation group, heat-sensitive moxibustion combined joint group total effective rate had significantly improved (both P< 0.05);Compared with thermal moxibustion group, united group total effective rate had significantly improved (P< 0.05).ConclusionTraditional Chinese medicine fumigation and thermal moxibustion can effectively improve patella softening disease in patients with symptoms and signs (improve Lysholm knee scoring scale score), but the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined thermal moxibustion therapy better;Chinese medicine fumigation and thermal moxibustion can effectively improve the sufferer of patella softening self-conscious pain (significantly reduced VAS score), but the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined thermal moxibustion therapy is better;Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and thermal effect of patella softening disease has good curative effect, but the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined thermal moxibustion therapy is better, Chinese medicine fumigation combined thermal moxibustion worth in patella softening disease (qi and blood stasis type) further popularization in clinical treatment. |
