Clinical Study On The Influence Of Atomization,Fumigation Time And Temperature Of Traditional Chinese Medicine On The Recovery Of Edema After Anal Disease

Objective:By observing the difference between the time and temperature of the atomization and fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine and the effect of temperature on the recovery of edema after anal disease,through the analysis and comparison,the traditional Chinese medicine atomization and fumigation time for the recovery of perianal edema after anal disease was sought,temperature.Methods:A total of 80 anal disease patients treated with anorectal treatment from 2016-2017 in Zhangdian District,Zibo City,Shandong Province were selected.Randomly divided into group A group B group C group D,group A atomization fumigation 10 minutes,fumigation temperature of 30?,group B atomization fumigation 10 minutes.fumigation temperature of 40?,group C atomization fumigation 20 minutes,fumigation temperature was 30?,group D atomized and fumigated for 20 minutes,fumigation temperature was 40?,the first day after surgery,the use of multi-functional smoked chair to give Chinese medicine atomization fumigation,observation record after surgery 24 hours,edema of the 9th day,and scores were given,and the recorded data were analyzed and compared.Results:1.After the anal disease was treated with fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine,the edema in each group gradually decreased in varying degrees.2.The rate of decline in edema after anal disease in group B was higher than that in the other three groups,and there was a statistically significant difference compared with other groups.Conclusion:Patients with postoperative edema of anal disease,using multi-functional smoke-washing chair Chinese medicine atomization fumigation 10 minutes,the temperature selected 40?,can quickly promote edema subside absorption,reduce pain,shorten the recovery time of patients.
