Study On Medical Security Problems And Countermeasures Of Migrant Workers In Mudanjiang City,Heilongjiang Province

Due to the urban-rural dual economic system and the household registration system,migrant workers are subject to various constraints in their daily lives,especially in terms of medical security,which is often restricted by various aspects.With the development of social economy and the improvement of relevant laws and regulations,the issue of medical security for migrant workers has gradually become the focus of social attention.The voices of helping migrant workers are also growing.Domestic scholars are increasingly studying the issue of medical insurance for migrant workers.The article analyzes and studies the medical security of migrant workers in Mudanjiang City through literature reading and questionnaire survey,and proposes countermeasures to solve the problem of medical insurance for migrant workers.The article is divided into six parts.The first part mainly elaborates the research background and the purpose and significance of the research,as well as the research and viewpoints of domestic and foreign scholars on the medical security of migrant workers.Finally,it briefly introduces the research content and research methods of the article.The second part elaborates the concept of medical insurance for migrant workers,elaborates on the concept of migrant workers and the concept of medical security,and provides certain theoretical support for the medical security of migrant workers.Afterwards,the peasant workers' medical insurance participation,expansion,and compensation policies will be elaborated and studied in detail,and the relevant solutions will be provided for reference later.The third part is the status quo of medical security for migrant workers in Mudanjiang City.Since Mudanjiang City is a large agricultural city,there are more agricultural land within the jurisdiction of Mudanjiang.With the development of modern agriculture,a large number of farmers have participated in urban construction in the form of migrant workers.The various types of life security issues that followed have been dominated by the issue of medical security for migrant workers.The third part summarizes the questionnaires on the medical insurance for migrant workers based on this premise.Firstly,the basic situation of 486 questionnaires is expounded.Then the SPSS software is used to select the basic situation of migrant workers' medical plans and the basic situation of migrant workers.The health status,the choice of medical institutions and the monthly income of migrant workers are analyzed,and the corresponding analysis results are obtained.The fourth part studies the results of the third part of the correlation analysis.It is believed that the main problems of the medical insurance for migrant workers in Mudanjiang City are the limited medical insurance for migrant workers,the weak awareness of migrant workers and the low satisfaction of the existing security system.Further explore the reasons for these three problems,the article is summarized into three points.The first is the institutional barrier,which includes the mismatch between the workplace and the scope of medical insurance.The medical insurance principle has a certain gap with the needs of migrant workers.The time limit for the medical insurance system for migrant workers,the regional medical insurance standards are inconsistent,and the medical insurance system in different places cannot be connected.Followed by the relevant functional departments.Mainly due to insufficient publicity of medical insurance,and insufficient punishment for faulty employers.Finally,the migrant workers are subjectively aware of obstacles.The main manifestations are that migrant workers have a weak sense of subjective participation,that migrant workers pay less attention to their own health,and that migrant workers are less aware of their rights due to cultural reasons.The fifth part is the medical security measures for migrant workers,which proposes relevant solutions to the medical security problems analyzed and summarized in the fourth part.Among them,the household registration system will be improved,the medical security supervision system will be promoted,the protection projects and efforts will be increased,and the contents of medical security services will be improved.The last part summarizes the article,puts forward the shortcomings of the article,and looks forward to the future research.
