Model Of Chinese Medical Security System In Banlancing Urban And Rural Areas In China For Example Of Pilot City

With the development of economy and reformation, the industrialization of China makes people be floating and much more complicated since this century. The traditional dualistic structure between cities and countries is no longer suitable for the social society. And so is the system of medical security. It has become one of the main factors keeping HR from working between cities and countries. The distance of the medical level between them is large and becomes larger year by year, which breaks the principle official security----justice. Therefore, the research in the mode of medical security between cities and countries is quite important for the society's stability and the development of the economic. The purpose of this paper is try to find the way to solve this problem based on some practices having been done from four aspects below:At the beginning, there is an introduction about the background of the research, significance of this article and why we are doing this. Then I will give the basic theories and concepts. Next, I will analyze the situation and background of Chinese urban and rural medical insurance system from two aspects. And at last, I think integration of urban and rural medical insurance is the plan as a whole and it is our overall purpose.Using the method of comparison and data, I'11 analyze the current medical insurance system in China. Combining the standards and examples. Then I will give the practical measures and policies about urban and rural medical security system. Next I will give the introduction of the overall trends of the current medical insurance system in China by comprehensive analysis. But we have found there are members of problems through the research. So I give the overall ideas of optimizations which can solve or remit the problems above. Such as coordination of urban and rural economic development, improving the rural economy, establishing urban and rural areas medical service system which adapts to the integration, improving the management level of service, reorganizing the rural health resources, making the balance of the urban and rural medical service, perfecting the medical treatment system, solving the medical security problems of poverty population and establishing the medical security information network service system by internet and so on. In a word, we will try to solve all the problems we have and make the reformation quick and effective.
