Objective:To discuss the knowledge,humanistic ethics and communication ability of nurses in a 3A hospital in Shenyang city,Countermeasures and suggestions for improving the knowledge and communication ability of nursing personnel in medical law.To analyze the reasons for the weakness of nurses 'legal knowledge,train nurses to improve the knowledge of nurses' legal knowledge;In view of the phenomenon that nurses have mixed communication skills,it is planned to hold clinical expert lectures,hold nurse salon learning in the form of case analysis and experience sharing,improve nurse communication ability,and thus reduce the occurrence of medical disputes.Methods:In this study,the clinical nurses of the affiliated central hospital of Shenyang Medical College(excluding nursing staff engaged in administrative posts and nursing staff in supply rooms)were investigated.A complex questionnaire was used to investigate the awareness rate of medical legal knowledge and cognitive status of communication ability of nurses.Anonymous way,by investigators unified distribution of questionnaires,before the release of a good explanation work,explain the purpose of the survey,significance,obtain the cooperation of nurses,truthfully and independently completed the questionnaire on the spot.The database was built by Excel and the data input was carried out.SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.The rate was compared by chi-square test,and the influencing factors were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression.Results:Through investigation and study,it is found that nurses have weak mastery of legal knowledge,humanistic ethics and communication skills.At the same time,propaganda,educational effect and curriculum setting of medical colleges and medical institutions are not very ideal.However,nurses' desire to improve their own legal knowledge,humanistic ethics and communication ability is still non-desirable.Conclusion:This study investigates and analyzes the legal knowledge,humanistic ethics and communication ability of nurses in sanjia hospital in Shenyang city,and concludes that the "rules for dealing with medical malpractice" and "core system of hospital nursing" are often studied and emphasized in the work,so they have the best grasp;Many of the contents of the "Measures for the Management of Nurses of the People's Republic of China" and the "Nurses Regulations" were studied at school or after work,so they are also better mastered;The "Regulations on the Prevention and Handling of Medical Disputes" is the most unfamiliar to everyone.The bill was promulgated in October 2018.Nurses did not update the knowledge of relevant laws in a timely manner and did not apply them to clinical work."Nurses humanistic ethics and communication" because there is little or no knowledge of the relevant aspects in the school,and after work has not been paid attention to,so these relevant legal and regulatory content is what we should pay attention to and strengthen our learning.
