Objectives The purposes of this study are to observe the analgesic effects of umbilical moxibustion combined with analgesic pump in relieving postoperative patients with abdominal surgery, and to clarify the clinical efficacy and safety of umbilical moxibustion assisted analgesia pump in relieving abdominal postoperative pain. Methods In this study,72 patients abdominal surgery were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.Conventional treatment group(control)were treated for analgesic pump only.On the basis of the control group, the intervention group was given umbilical moxibustion 6 hours after operation, one time a day for two times altogether.Pain degree were assessed by n umerical rating scale(NRS)for the two groups of patients with 6h,12 h,24h,36 h,48h after operation. And the results of the two groups of postoperative analgesia pump compression of 6h~12h,12h~24h,24h~36h and 36h~48h were recorded. We also recorded postoperative exhaust t ime of two groups of patients and the adverse reaction. The above data were statistically analyzed by SPSS22.0.All statistics are taken on a two-sided test with a value of 0.05.Results 1.Shedding cases and baseline data Of 72 subjects,7 shedding cases,65 cases were finally included in this study(32 cases in the control group and 33 cases in the intervention group). There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Pain score The pain scores at 12 h,24h,36 h and 48 h after operation in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(F=5.956,P=0.017).The pain scores at all time points in the two groups showed a trend of change with time(P<0.001).3.The results of Analgesic pump compression Compression ratio of analgesic pump at 6h~12h,12h~24h,24h~36h and 36h~48h after operation in the intervention group was lower than that of the control group(P< 0.001).4.Exhaust time Postoperative exhaust time in intervention group was signi ficantly shorter than that in control group(Z=-3.773,P<0.001).5.Postoperative analgesic pump related adverse reactions The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the intervention group and the control group in terms of dizziness and headache after operation(P>0.05).Conclusions Umbilical moxibustion combined with analgesic pump can effectively relieve postoperative pain in patients with abdomi nal pain, which is more effective than simple analgesic pump.Umbilical moxibustion can also effectively shorten the postoperative patient's postoperative exhaust time and reduce the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting adverse reactions, and has better Clinical utility and safety.
