Background:Postoperative wound painin the past is akind of inevi table experience. With the irrproverrsnt of understanding of pathology and physiology for postoperative pain, people realize that he influence of the acute postoperative pain for patients are various. Now patients can use anal gesi a pumpaccording to need torrake the basic painless and prornote the recovery after surgery, but in the clinical,it often appears nausea, vomiting, uroschesis and other adverse reactions. So the current clinical treatment can not completely relieve the patients'pain.Purpose:The efficacy analysis of ear seeds therapy combi ned with the analgesia pump for treating the postoperative pain of the orthopedic surgery.Material and method:60 patients wth ASA?-? that were scheduled for the Iower limb orthopedic surgery including meniscus injury of knee joint probing the cleaning technique, proximal femoral naii antirotation, hipreplacement, artificial fermoral head replacement and lower limb fracture treated with open reducti on and internal fixati on were randonrtiy divided into ear pressure groupn= 30 and control group n= 30 and they were finished with convention followed by PCIA The ear press groups selected Shennen, Subcortex, Adrenal gland, Syrrpathesis, Endocrine and surgical site area corresponding ear:"hip", "knee", "ankle". The VAS, the times of pressing the analgesia pump, Ramsay sedation scale and the adverse effects were observed at 2h,6h, 1 2h,24h and 48h after operation. Results:Two groups of drugs both can provide good postoperative analgesia for patients, but ear press groups showed better out comes regarding to the VAS score at 2h,6h,12h and 24h corrpari ng with the control groups. The times of pressing the analgesi a purrp in three periods of 0-2h,2-6h,6-12h was significant Iy Iess than the control groups. Whilee Ransay score only with in 12h after surgery were better than the control groups and the other time had no significant differences. The incidence of adverse effects in ear press groups was 6.7%,while the incidence of adverse effects in the control groups was 16.7% The results in dicated that the efficacy of ear press groups was better than the control groups. Conclusion:The efficacy of ear seeds therapy combined with the analgesia pump for relieving the postoperative pain of the Iower limb orthopedi csurgery is exactly and the Iowerer adverse effects occured, so it's worth for patients' postoperative analgesia in clinical application.
