Objective:To evaluate the feasibility curative effect and side effect of Durogesic and analgesic bump before intervention embolism. Methods:Sticked transdermal fentanyl Durogesic to patients before intervention embolism. Or injected morphine into vein continuity and then evaluated the pain effect at the 3rd day after operation. Observed the pain, life quality and side effect caused by transdermal fentanyl and analgesic bump. Retrospective analysed 100 patients who did not use Durogesic (control group). Results:The Durogesic's and analgesic bump's patients interfered by preventive drugs pretreated the patients who suffered pain. The score of NRS descented obviously after treatment (P<0.05). Control group's NRS score ascended obviously after treatment, affected sleeping seriously(P<0.05). There were also remark able difference among groups(P<0.05). Patients who preventive medicated or patients without pain before treatment could keep almost no pain. Control group achieved gentleness to moderate pain. There were significant difference between two groups (P<0.05),life quality improved by Durogosic and analgesic bump, the side effect of transdermal fentanyl Durogosic and morphine injection are mild. Conclusion:It's feasible to cure pain by transdermal fentanyl and analgesic bump before intervention embolism and have marked effective analgesia. Both of them could improve life quality and side effect are mild.
