ObjectiveThis study observed the analgesic care effect of Chinese medicine hot iron coordinated Midnight-midday Ebb-flow theory on post laparoscopic pain syndrome, making a reference for post laparoscopic pain care.MethodsPatients were random divided into two groups, the test group (Chinese medicine hot iron coordinated Midnight-midday Ebb-flow theory) and the control group (traditional Chinese medicine hot iron),40 patients in each team. Basic post laparoscopic care was supplied in both of them. On one hand, traditional hot iron was used in the control group, putting hot iron bag around patients’navel in the morning,30 minutes per time,1 time a day, a total of 3 times. On the other hand, hot iron coordinated Midnight-midday Ebb-flow theory was used in the test group, putting hot iron bag in the way of the weijing runs, from the qihu xue to the yingchuang xue, then from the burong xue to the tianshu xue, ironing from top to down, in 7:00~9:00AM,30 minutes per time,1 time a day, a total of 3 times.We observed the occurrence rate of the post laparoscopic pain syndrome, the non-wound pain score of 6h,24h,48h,72h after surgery, before and after the first treatment, and the time last of the non-wound pain. Besides, the patients’gastrointestinal functions and securities were collected as related evaluation index to evaluate the effect of hot iron analgesia nursing objectively. All the experimental date was analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.ResultsThere were 80 patients in the research, while 40 patients in the test group and 40 in the control group. When 2 patients used medicine to release pain in the first 24h after the surgery and 1 patient got skin allergy after the operation, there were 3 patients the control group rejected from this research. While there were 2 men in the test group received received the other analgesic treatments and rejected from this research. Finally,75 patients were included,37 patients in the control group and 38 patients in the test group.Before the treatment, the patients of the test group and the control group were compared with age, bowel habit, BMI, operation duration, anesthesia duration, education level, marital status, fertility status and the history of surgery through the statistical test, there was no significant differences (P>0.05) in each groups, the data were comparable.The traditional Chinese medicine hot iron as placebo-control, the non-wound pain score before and after the first treatment of the control group had no significant differences (P>0.05).72h after the surgery, the pain score of the control group was lower than the one before the first treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01), considering the effect caused by the self-healing of the post laparoscopic pain syndrome. The non-wound pain scores after the first treatment and the 24h,48h,72h after the surgery was lower than the one before the first treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01), suggesting the hot iron coordinated Midnight-midday Ebb-flow theory can effectively release the post laparoscopic pain, and a single operation work. The non-wound pain scores of the control group began to decline during 24h and 48h after the surgery, when it began to decline at the beginning of the operation in the test group, suggesting the hot iron coordinated Midnight-midday Ebb-flow theory predate the beginning of pain relieve.6h after the surgery and before the first treatment, non-wound pain status of two groups had no significant differences (P>0.05), when after the first treatment and the 24h,48h,72h after the surgery, the pain score was lower in the test group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). The result suggested the hot iron coordinated Midnight-midday Ebb-flow theory can effectively alleviate the non-wound pain of patients after laparoscopic surgery.The duration of the non-wound pain was (3.5,0.5) d in the control group, when it was (2.5.2.0) d in the test group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), suggesting the hot iron coordinated Midnight-midday Ebb-flow theory can curtail the duration of the pain.The first time of post laparoscopic exhaust and defecation in two groups had no significant differences (P>0.05).1 patient got skin allergy after the operation; the others had no adverse reactions/adverse events.ConclusionThe Chinese medicine hot iron coordinated Midnight-midday Ebb-flow theory can release the non-wound pain of patients after laparoscopic surgery, predate the beginning of pain relieve and curtail the duration of the pain. It has the advantage of definite clinical effect, sustained effect and safe, and worth clinical application promotion. |
