Selection Of Drugs And Methods For Analgesic Treatment Under Two Kinds Of Pain Patterns

Objective: To study the analgesic effect of different analgesic ways,60 cases of chronic low back pain&chronic soft tissue and 60 cases of lumbar surgery were selected in our hospital.Methods: 1)60 cases of low back pain&chronic soft tissue from 2015-10 to2016-10 were selected,and they were divided into 3 groups of routine analgesia group,muscle relaxant combined group and multimodal analgesia group by random and single blind,the age,sex,drinking history,smoking history,operation history,analgesic medication history and anesthesia scores of VAS in before and after medication 24 h,48h and 72 h were analyzed.2)60 cases of lumbar surgery from 2016-01 to 2017-06 were selected and they were divided into 3 groups of routine analgesia group,preemptive group and multimodal analgesia group by random and single blind,the age,sex,drinking history,smoking history,operation history,analgesic medication history and postoperative anesthesia scores of VAS in6 h,12h,24 h,48h and 72 h were analyzed.3)The data were analyzed by SPSS13.0.Results: 1)3 groups of chronic soft tissue,the VAS scores of routine analgesia group is higher than that of muscle relaxant combined group,and the VAS scores of multimodal analgesia is the lowest.2)3 groups of analgesic ways,the VAS scores of routine analgesia group is higher than that of preemptive analgesia group,and the VAS scores of multimodal analgesiais the lowest.Conclusion: The analgesic effect of multimodal analgesia can be satisfactory in the operative incision of lumbar surgery and chronic soft tissue.Conclusion: The analgesic effect of multimodal analgesia can be satisfactory in the operative incision of lumbar surgery or chronic soft tissue.
