| ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy and safety of treatment and mechanism of Long's manipulation of lower limbs dysfunction in stroke sequelaes,combined with traditional acupuncture,compared with modern rehabilitation techniques for clinical diagnosis and treatment of sequelae of stroke limb dysfunction and improve motor function,and provide new methods and ideas to improve the ability of daily life of patients.MethodsWith 72 cases of sequelae of stroke patients with lower limb motor dysfunction were included as the research object,randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases in each group,the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with long's manipulation,control group with traditional acupuncture and modern physical rehabilitation therapy of lower extremity.Course of treatment:the two groups were treated every other day,10 days as a course of treatment,with the 6 course of treatment,a total of 60 days.At the same time was compared before and after treatment of 1 months of follow-up in the two groups using GaitWatch three-dimensional gait analysis system of lower extremity movement observation function(FAC score),balance(Berg balance scale),lower extremity muscle strength(hemiplegia record unit four biceps muscles,hip flexion,hip extensor muscle),the clinical efficacy of two groups to improve the function of lower limbs in patients with stroke sequelae were observed.The use of statistical methods to analyze the results,and to evaluate the effectiveness,safety and the possible mechanism of long's spinal therapy to improve stroke sequelae of lower extremity function.Results1.Clinical curative effect:cure rate:treatment group:83.33%,control group:72.22%.After statistical analysis,P<0.01,with significant differences,studies show significantly higher than that of the traditional modern rehabilitation technology combined with acupuncture effect of acupuncture combined with Long' s manipulation.2.FAC and Holden score:FAC:the treatment group and the control group were compared before treatment,P=0.6707>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,which could be compared.After treatment,P<0.01 had significant statistical difference,indicating that the two groups were effective.Holden:P=0.9756>0.05.After examination,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the conventional group after P<0.01 treatment,indicating that the two groups were effective,and the difference was not obvious.3.Lower limb muscle strength score in hemiplegia:improve the stock four muscles,hip extensor muscles,hip flexors,Long's manipulation and traditional acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation technology combined with acupuncture has effect,treatment group was found in the comparison between the femoral head four muscle in the control group received treatment and treatment after treatment,P<0.05,the effect of the treatment group than the control group,which enhance the muscle strength in femoral head four,Long's manipulation is better than that of modern rehabilitation technology.4.Berg balance scale:before treatment,the two groups were compared,P=0.9591>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and it could be compared.After treatment,P<0.01 had a significant difference.Conclusion:Long's manipulation strictly observe "three step diagnosis" method,accurate diagnosis and treatment,to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,effective corrective sequelae of stroke patients with lumbar dislocation,so that blood and muscle,through the dynamic balance recovery of spinal biomechanics,to improve muscle strength of lower limbs of patients,reduce muscle tension,relieve muscle spasm,improve blood circulation finally,improve lower extremity motor function of patients,ensure the quality of life.The adverse reaction of Long's manipulation,to provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of workers,it is worthy of application and promotion. |
