Object:To observe the effect of "shaoshanhuo" in Baxie and penetration needling in laogong(p8)for treating post-strok patients with upper limb spastic hemiplegia by evaluating the combination of Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS),Modified Barthel Index(MBI),upper limb Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)and Modified Barthel Index(MBI).Methods:Seventy patients in accordance were randomized into treatment and control groups with the diagnostic standards.There are 35 menbers in each group.Both groups were given routine rehabilitation and drug treatment.The treatment group was treated with "shaoshanhuo"in Baxie and penetration needling in laogong(p8)acupoint in the basic treatment;the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,6 times a week,and took a day off.Four weeks for a course of treatment The MAS scale,BRSS scale,upper limb FMA scale and MBI scale were compared and analyzed.after one course of treatment.Statistical analysis was performed to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:After one course of treatment,the differences of MAS scale,BRSS scale,upper limb FMA scale and MBI scale were statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the two groups of treatment methods for patients with upper extremity spasm There is an improvement.There are statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The difference between the MAS scale,the BRSS scale,the upper limb FMA scale and the MBI scale was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of penetrating treatment is superior to the traditional acupuncture method,which can effectively improve the state of upper limb paralysis and improve the quality of life of patients.Conclusion:On the basis of conventional drug treatment and rehabilitation training shaoshanhuo" in Baxie and penetration needling in laogong(p8)and traditional acupuncture ha-ve curative effect on post-strok patients with upper limb spastic hemiplegia The effect of shaoshanhuo",in Baxie and penetration needling in laogong(p8)is better than that of traditional acupuncture groups.
