The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Primary Facial Spasm With Shao Yang Penetration Needling Method

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of "shaoyang penetration method"(tou wei point penetration shuai gu point,shuai gu point penetration wan gu point)in the treatment of primary facial spasm,in order to provide a feasible new idea for the clinic.Methods:Select 72 cases that meet the diagnostic criteria of primary facial spasm,adopting digital random grouping,Divided into treatment group(Shaoyang penetration needling method group)and control group(carbamazepine group),36 patients in both groups,treatment group with less(Yang through thorn + body acupuncture needle)and control group: use(oral carbamazepine),The treatment group and the control group are treated for three courses,of which the treatment group is acupuncture 6times a week,3 times a week(choose Monday,Wednesday,Friday),2 weeks is a course,6 weeks of continuous treatment,acupuncture 18 times in total.Control group:oral carbamazepine,twice a day,0.2g each time,Continue to take for 6 weeks.Evaluate the intensity classification and frequency classification of facial muscle spasm before and after treatment in each group,perform statistical analysis on the results,and compare and evaluate the total effectiveness of the two groups of patients.Results:1.At the end of the first course of treatment:compare the spasm intensity and spasm frequency grading of the treatment group and the control group with that before treatment,P<0.05,indicating that the intensity and frequency of spasm in both groups after a course of treatment Improved.The spastic intensity and frequency of spasticity between the two groups were compared between groups,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that through one course of treatment,the two groups of methods improved the facial muscle spasm intensity and frequency of efficacy,no Significant differences.2.At the end of the second course of treatment: Compare the two spasm intensity and spasm frequency grades between groups,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant,indicating that after two courses of treatment,the spasm intensity and spasm frequency are improved between the treatment group and the control group The difference in effect is that the treatment group is better than the control group.3.At the end of the third course of treatment: at the end of the third course of treatment,the spasm intensity and spasm frequency between the treatment group and the control group were graded and compared.The results were P < 0.05,indicating that after three courses of treatment between the two groups,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.Overall efficacy: in the treatment group,there were 36 cases,including 3 cases of abscission,33 cases of complete treatment,7 cases of cure,14 cases of obvious effect,9 cases of effective effect and 3 cases of ineffective effect,with a total effective rate of 90.90%.In the control group,there were 36 cases,including 2 cases of abscission,and a total of 34 cases of complete treatment,including 1 cases of cure,10 cases of obvious effect,13 cases of effective effect and 10 cases of ineffective effect,with a total effective rate of 70.58%.5.After three courses of treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the result was P < 0.05,showing a statistically significant difference,indicating that after the treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was different,and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.6.Follow-up results: Three months after the end of the course of treatment,all researchers were followed up via the Internet(We Chat questionnaire or voice telephone).During the follow-up process,they carefully communicated with the patient and asked whether the patient was recovering.And the satisfaction with treatment,after follow-up,it was found that of the 7 cured cases of Shaoyang penetration therapy group,only 2 cases had mild recurrence.The patient expressed satisfaction with the treatment effect of Shaoyang penetration therapy;1 case Among the cured cases in the carbamazepine group,1 case was relapsed during follow-upConclusion:1.Shaoyang penetration needling method and conventional western medicine therapy have certain curative effect on the treatment of primary facial spasm,but the effective rate,obvious efficiency and recovery rate of shaoyang penetration method are higher.2.Shaoyang penetration needling method is better for improving patients’ spasm intensity and reducing spasm frequency,and is better than conventional western medicine therapy..3.Shaoyang penetration needling method is easy to operate,simplified acupoint selection,high efficiency,low recurrence rate,worthy of clinical application.
